    I was contacted by this company, without even applying for anything with them. I told the person I was not interested, but they continued to text me, throughout the day. I eventually blocked the number and they texted me with another number attached.

    Received 2 calls while in a meeting, no voicemail left. Phone says ****** is "likely scam". Then I get a text from the number addressing me by name. I didn't confirm nor deny, instead a sent a pic of my phone saying this is scam, to try to get them to identify themselves without confirming my ID. The guy goes on the say hes from Redefined Deals and it just says scam because he gets sooo many calls. Hah. So I ****** the company, and a ******** page pops up with a rating of 1.6/5. I share that screen and he says "you got the wrong page ****", super professional, and directs me to their website while continuing to ignore my question of who gave him my number. He ignored all the pictures showing this company is trash if not full on scam and tells me I must have applied for a car at one of their locations. I honestly believe this was just part of the script. I didn't respond to that, just called him a scammer and blocked him. Wouldn't mess with these guys if I were you, the reviews tell you all you need to know.

    My name is **************** had the amazing experience with a wonderful *************************** he had done everything for me from my bad experience with titanium auto ******* and the sales manager there ****** and ************** wanted the 2022 Chev Spark and they told me that it was basically new do you really want I did but when I didn't get my car and I live in ******** ******* was boring just a basic car I asked for command start NOPE didn't hey I asked for a towing package NOPE didn't get it but because I signed paperwork on line I thought it was to late to get my spark. and I still haven't got my Weather Tech Mats which I was promised I'm so upset but what can I do... but *********************** you were my rock you helped my anxiety and it was high you did everything you promised and I thank you so much if I was there I'd give you a hug..Thank you I'm hoping that we can stay in touch like you promised Date of experience: October 24, 2023

    You may have, like other commenters, found this page while looking up Redefined Deals. A "company"(citation needed) that calls and harasses people for personal information. Like other reviewers, I was contacted and told that I had previously been unable to finance a vehicle so they could help with that. I don't drive. I don't have a license. I've never tried to buy a car. After I accused them of being a scam they texted me this:"We're a customer service company partnered up with more than 24 Top-Rated dealerships all over ** and ******* and more than 20 Banks. The difference between us and other companies is that we run your information through a system that generates the best dealership for you that we know will help you and your situation.Plus, now is the best time to get yourself into a new vehicle because our partners are giving special offers to our customers with:Low interest rates (1%-7%)Very easy payment plans Up to 90 days with NO PAYMENTS Cash back up to 10k if you want."Do with that what you will. Sounds like a scam to me.

    I have asked this company NUMEROUS times to stop contacting me. Each and every person I spoke to have said they will make a note. Another person has also told me that Redefined Deals sold my contact information to their partner companies and now they have no control. *** already threatened to take legal action but they are not taking me seriously. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

    I have asked this company to remove my name from their call list but I get calls many times a year for the past 6 years. I consider the calls/texts harassing and they still persist. I would never buy a **** thing from a company that uses these tactics to gain sales.

    Pushy, rude. Claim that I filled out an application for a car through a dealership. Nopeinsinuated I forgot I had, did not. Would love to know who sold my info. Asked to be put on do not call/do not textbut continue to do both.
