            5/6/22 is when I brought my car in for a repair. I hand an appointment for that day, however was told i missed my appointment when I called about a week and a half later, and they had not started working on my car. I was not given a time, only a day, Monday, May 6th. Every subsequent call I’ve been told they expect to get my car done on a specific day. They didn’t have to order any parts, I provided them. I am filing this complaint on the 21st, after another phone call stating they had not started my car when they told me they’d start the previous week on Friday.

            Took my truck there in NOV 2021 to correct previous repair and install weather strip. Called in Jan 22& told they had staffing problems from covid, Called numerous times in Feb no no reply. Received call from owner saying my truck was damaged during a break-in and theft at the business. They were waiting on their insurance to authorize repairs. More calls with no response. Finally told truck was going to ***** Autobody for paint. Several weeks passed. Called them again- ***** couldn't do the job and Ruggles was looking for another shop. Several more weeks and found out truck was now at ******* Autobody but no arrangements had been made for repair. I recoverred the truck in May 2022. Truck died a couple miles from their shop and had to be towed. Found yard waste in the bed- thus is classic truck that was garage kept under a car cover. Submitted claim to my insurance with $3300 repair estimate. Discoverred Ruggles never file claim with their insurance and no police report made of the incident.
