    Terrible. Customer service is useless- I have sent a total of 6 emails and only received a single response in return. My order has not shipped and it is a full week past the expected arrival date. I ordered twice in 2023 and all went smoothly, but this has been a disaster. I will not order from Wunderlabel again and will instead try another vendor.

    My first order in Nov. 2023 went well and I had good customer service. It's now Feb. 2024 and I went to place a new order. Prices went up 33%-40%, the website gives inconsistent prices for the same item. Customer service is not available either by phone or chat. Responses take as long as 12 hours, and are not at all helpful (questions are not answered, no information give) or there is no response at all. For example, one email requested my telephone number, which I had given in two voicemails. I sent my phone number in two emails. That was four days ago. No call. The company is allegedly headquartered in Germany. The ****** map of the U.S. business address (Hoylake Drive) is a single-family home in a suburb. The returns (2522 N Dirksen Pkwy) address is a business called ***** ** ****, according to ******, and according to ****** maps, the business there is *******, with a sign in the window offering you the chance to play poker. The question I have is: is this a problem with the company and goes all the way to the Germany/UK headquarters, or is the U.S. person falling apart without the knowledge of the corporation?

    It has been 3 weeks since my estimated delivery date. I even sent for expedited shipping because I had an event two weeks out. I have emailed and reached out on instagram. They asked for the order number and have left me on read ever since. I’ve called and left voicemails and their phone number doesn’t work. I will never work with them again.
