I have been trying to reach the finance department for a month I have emailed texted and called. But no one will call me back. I am owed money from gap coverage and a warranty that we bought on the vehicle we recently sold.

2019 Nissan Armada. My wife and I feel it should have been a lemon or at least let us trade in early in the troubles. We felt unsafe in the vehicle as the electrical system could have failed at any moment and did in several instances. First the battery issues. Service records show the battery failed, requiring jumping or replacement. this happened on 12/27/2019, 04/02/2020, 09/22/2021, 1/12/2022, 06/21/2022,10/30/2023, and finally on 5/23/2024. 7 total times. What's bad is 06/21/2022 we were stranded in TN for half a day, bought a new battery and came back to get it serviced. On the service record is THEY NEVER acknowledged we bought and placed a new battery they just tested and kept for 2 day then said it was fine. They wouldn't reimburse for the battery but reluctantly gave credit for service. That new battery again died on 10/30/2023. They recharged it again but never fixed it. When my wife took it in 05/23/2024, they finally noticed it was the battery I had bought in TN. However, they would NOT warranty the battery out and charged us $231 because it wasn't a Nissan battery. They knew I bought in TN, never acknowledged it then charged us for a new battery even though is a problem they have failed to fix 7 TIMES since we owned the vehicle. The other problem I have is since we have had the vehicle, detailed in the service records, we have had 11 MULTI-POINT inspections during different services. Should those not include testing the battery?! I doubt it was ever done. One of the service dates was a month before we drove to TN, and nothing come up and we ended up stranded. What I wanted out of this was at least an opportunity to trade in which we attempted to awhile ago but they would not give us a good trade given the electrical issue. I want reimbused from the last battery and this should have been allowed to be a lemon traded back in, now we have lost all kinds of value wasting time. My wife and I don't feel safe driving long distances for fear of being stranded.

On 10/16/22 I provided the website with my contact information to inquire about a new vehicle. On 10/17/22 a salesman reached out to me. I expressed that I wanted to see my financing options but was very clear he was only allowed to perform one hard credit inquiry as I do not wish to have too many on my credit report. He agreed. By the end of the day, I decided the salesperson was not someone I wanted to do business with, and I was going to be doing business elsewhere. On 10/18/22, I received alerts that four hard credit inquiries had been performed all on that day - 10/18/22 - by Green Nissan, the day after I told them I was doing business elsewhere. I did not authorize those four inquiries as I had ended any potential business the day prior. This has poorly affected my credit score, has violated my privacy, and were performed by the dealership without my permission.
