      A ************************* called me claiming I owed a debt for 2007. I informed ***************** first that I never did any business with that company and further more if I had it would have been filed under bankruptcy in 2013. Mr ******** then decided to call me a liar and asked me just to pay $98. Told him that he sounds like a scammer to me and told him I wont pay anything! It was at this point that he start yelling at me and calling me the low life of the world " youre what wrong with the world today" he says lol! Three things here:1. This debt is well outside of the limits of collections. Its 16 years old according to *****************. 2. The fair debt collection act was violated on many levels here. ***************** clearly needs retraining on the laws as they can result in legal action.3. Probably the most important thing here, once Ive stated that any debt that there may or may not have been was resolved in a bankruptcy he is no longer allowed to continue collection efforts. Only allowed to ask for a case number at that point. ***************** did not adhere to any of the fair debt collection laws here. All of his actions could clearly result in legal actions. I have the call recording if anyone is interested also!

      I have no recollection of dealing with Dekalb County Solutions. It states that I had a debt back in January 23, 2006. This debt is way beyond the 10 years statute of limitations to which a corporation can collect a debt and it is only a *** of 3 years in the ***********************. This is straight up harassment and a waste of my time.

      Dekalb County Solutions sent my name and information to a debt collection agency by the the name ********************************** I spoke with *********************. I asked **** if this was regarding US financial aide to which he replied it was for a ********** Credit Card. I asked for the credit card number to which he replied it's on the form. I told him this was impossible because I only had 1 Chase Credit card and that I am currently in litigation about that card. **** replied you still owe the debt. I once again said this is impossible ***** cannot sell the same debt more than once and this is definitely fraud and would be reporting them to the ***** I then contacted Chase Credit Card Recovery Team and they confirmed the **************** listed on FAMS letter was not a Chase account. I then called FAMS once again and spoke with *********************. Her response was possibly this isn't your debt and that she would need something in writing to cease and desist attempting to collect on this Chase Credit card.

      I received a letter from DEKALB COUNTY SLOUTIONS with an account # saying I owe $ from ****. This is a scam, I never had any such account. I would like them to cease contacting me or they will be hearing from my lawyer.

      DeKalb County Solutions sent a debt collection letter to my WORK email for another individual. (not me) This email was created by me and was never anyone else's address. Action should be taken to prevent this type of scam.

      So I found out some information...The person claiming ** to be a scam is the possible wife of the consumer we sent the email to...By law we can contact the consumers spouse. I am not sure why she would call it a scam...The consumer owes the money.

      Debt Collection scam. I received a debt collection notice sent to my home address. My name, but I do not owe money to ATT wireless. The debt collection notice is a scam and notice threatens to submit to collections. I have contacted ATT as they are my current provider. I have no missed payments and current on my account. I only have one ATT account and have never had another, ever. I contacted my AAA credit monitoring service and they confirmed I have no missed payments and no collections. The amount on notice is for ****** and there are two offers to pay off. Payoff only ***** or pay installments of 49 a month to pay off the ******. Debt collection process to start on 3/31/23 if not paid. The phone number on the notice only provides a voicemail box to leave a message. No one to talk to. Company name is DeKalb County Solutions DCS, located in ********. Only a PO Box address. I checked the BBB website and there are many claims that this business is fraudulent. Owner, CEO, etc is all one person, *************************, who is the same person listed as the account manager on the collection letter. The bottom of the letter has images for credit cards to pay like Amex, Mastercard, etc, but they look very pixelated. Not clear. I think the agency is a scam. Please help.

      Received another letter for collections stating I owed $799.91 from providian, which is a company I have never even heard of. No record of any debt on credit report. Never opened a credit card. Do not owe any debt. DCS account number ********.
