    I visited the ************** ************************************************************************************* on 11-30-2023 at 2:31pm. I went to the Drive through window ordered an 8 piece chicken meal with sides. I handed the window attendant my debit card. She swiped it and handed back to me. She went to full my order when she returned to the window she said I need to see your card again the transaction didnt process So I handed it to her again. I immediately got on my bank account and seen two transactions for***** dollars each. I tell her she goes and gets the shift manager he says dont worry you wont be charged double so I leave. Call my bank and both transactions clear my account. I have contacted the *** IN *********** over this several times the store manager says shes has no idea how to fix it. She says it is happening all the time. *** contacted the *** corporate office everyday for 7 day now with no response back. Not a email, telephone or text to me about a refund. My ticket number is **** I feel like I shouldnt have had to go to this extreme to get ***** dollars.
