- No refunds. All deposits are to ensure part costs are covered, parts become Trust Heat Cool, LLC property if work is not allowed to continue. Work completed is warrantied in the following ways. Most repairs unless otherwise stated on diagnostic report come with a 3 month warranty. Also all replacement parts manufacture warranty are honored if installed by Trust Heat Cool, LLC. All new system have a bumper to bumper one year warranty. Then are covered by the manufactures warranty.
