    **** G Very pleased with the installation process and performance of the equipment to date. Except for a noisy bearing which *********** replaced under warranty after four years of operation, the equipment has operated flawlessly maintaining a safe radon level in my basement workshop. Would recommend ***** ARS team to anyone looking to be confident in their choice of equipment and the right company to install it.

    Bill and his crew were professional, explained what they were doing and why and cleaned up after themselves. They explained how the system works and made sure that install did not affect the look of the house, including painting the roof pipe the same color as the roof. Highly recommend!

    I can see why American Radon Systems gets nothing but 5 star reviews. Because they deserve it! Both **** and **** were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the whole process and answered all my questions. **** did a fantastic installation; paying attention to every detail. Highly recommend American Radon Systems if you need radon mitigation.

They arrived promptly, exuding professionalism and care. From laying down floor protection to leaving my home spotless after the installation, their attention to detail was impeccable. The system was installed with precision and care But what truly sets this company apart is how they handle unexpected issues. About a month after the installation, I noticed a loud humming vibration coming through a bedroom wall from the radon unit outside. It was becoming increasingly difficult to sleep with the persistent noise. I called ****, and without hesitation, he remembered who I was and immediately scheduled a visit. Even though it was after their regular workday, **** and **** made a special trip to my home on their way back. I wasn't even there, but they fixed the problem from the outside with no fuss. The issue was a simple vibration against the brick, which they expertly adjusted. Now, I cant even hear the unit running. And here's the best part they did it at no extra cost, purely as part of their commitment to excellent service. This company isn't just about completing a job; they're about ensuring their work is top-notch and that their customers are happy long after the installation. They truly stand behind their work. Since the radon system was installed, the difference in my homes air quality has been astounding. My radon meter, which previously fluctuated between 4-7 and even reached 12 on some days, now consistently reads at 0.4.If you're considering radon mitigation, this is the company to trust.
