    i bought some ejuice from this company before and no problems till now. I bought 5 or 6 bottles i contacted them and they said they would ship it out its been a week now and nothing

    I ordered 4 naked 100 tobacco American patriots and they mailed me woofr cool mint in a disposable device. I have emailed and called them many times with no response back. I cant believe they mail me 2 disposable ******* vape pens and not the 4 eliquid I ordered.

    I ordered a product from this company and received it damaged. In an attempt to either replace the item or receive a refund, they refused to replace the item accusing me of damaging it.

    Date of purchase July 10 2024 $ ***** I made a purchase from a company called ejuice direct for vaping liquid.I ordered 5 bottles of the Keep it 100 Blue 3mg liquid. It was delivered very late 13 days after ordering it. I opened the package and put the bottles on the shelf. When I ran out of the other bottle (not there's) I was using I opened one of theirs and it was menthol flavored. And a very strong one too. I proceeded to open another and it was menthol too. After opening all 5 and all 5 being menthol I couldn't believe it because the bottle is correct, the box is correct but the juice inside is definitely not correct. The next day I take 1 bottle to a local vaping store to get a second opinion and right away the manager said it was the Keep it 100 Blue menthol flavor but put in the wrong bottle and box and sealed up. I contacted ejuice direct and their response was just sorry we can't do anything. Taste buds are different. I offered to send them back so they could see first hand the juice is 100% WRONG but then it was just no. There policy is 100% customer satisfaction. But this is on them either way. I don't want a replacement because I don't think it'll be right either. I just want a refund at this point now because of how they didn't want to handle it at all. I was actually ok with anything at first but not anymore. I honestly think they're doing these deceiving acts in purpose.

    I have had several problems with this company and they have been rude. I have made four purchases with this company in 2024 totalling $310.87. My last order was wrong. And the order before that had horrible flavors. They won't answer the phone and ************** in her emails will not do the right thing. They sell vape juice salts. They sent me the wrong product in order EJD627459. I wish to exchange the incorrect order.. And, I wish to have a refund for order EJD620107 because of the horrible flavors. I appreciate your time. Thank you.

    I sent 4 emails to try and let them know I received the wrong vape juice. It was the same flavor but a different brand. Also, I ordered two devices the Vaporesso (from this company) and the Smok device from another company and tried the other device first but then when I opened the Vaporesso and tried it within a day it stopped working and I sent an email to support to try and see if it can be replaced and never heard anything back. I also reached out to the ***************** directly and didn't get any help. This one is obviously a dud and just want the Vaporesso Xros 3 and the correct juice sent as a replacement or receive a refund. This has been ridiculous.

    Company sold counterfeit product. I received Smok Morph T 3 Kit and went online to register product for warranty. Once I scanned the ** code the company's alerted me of successful ** scan but that the product is counterfeit. I called the company immediately, sent them the ** codes, in addition to noticing the ** codes were placed in the wrong place to begin with when emailing them a picture. The ** codes were available prior to the company selling the product to verify authentication on the outside of the box. They are trying to claim they only sell authentic products (even after I've just sent them every bit of evidence that it wasn't), they refused to replace vape starter kit, refund my money (with return of product), in addition to refusing to give me the supervisor's or owners name or vender they order from to verify and notify of inauthentic products being sold. I spent $125 for the starter kit (SMOK MORPH 3 T-air tank 230W starter kit and 4 nicotine fluids to use with the tank) 59 and change for the starter kit and fluid with an additional 9 dollars for 3-5 business day shipping (took 9 days from day of order). Counterfeit tanks are notorious for heavy metal issues and overheating (causing serious injury to the user of the product when it overheats and explodes). It also invalidates any warranty the company sold with the product as a manufacturer's warranty. I'm uploading the screen shot of failed authentication for warranty. I tried over 10 times and was notified of counterfeit issue. I just want the authentic product I paid for. They refused on all fronts, offered no solution other than contact the company of the product that was counterfeited when only they know the source of the product.

    On 3/17/23-3/18/23-3/20/23 I made orders fr them for disposable vapes and some of each of the 3 orders did not work. I've tried to get a refund or just another one that will work. They've responded to 2 of my email saying that they're gonna take care of it and it's been weeks since. I just want what I paid for or my account refunded. It's impossible to reach them by phone because they don't answer and you cannot leave them a voice mail. Can u help me?????

    An order for vape juice was placed on NOVMEBER 1. It is the 15th and still have not recieved my order. The tracking information provided does not have ANY DETAIL what so ever regarding where my shipment is or when it will be here. The customer service is poor at best. The first two tines contacted they relayed tracking information that does not track shipment. Only when threatened with this complaint did I get a day it would be delivered (which was yesterday) (which it was not delivered).

    I placed my order a week ago. Since then I've been receiving promotional emails, despite not checking the box to receive promotional emails when I entered my contact information. The unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of the email is invalid and leads to a blank page. I contacted support to resolve this, and they told me to just keep clicking the unsubscribe links in the emails they're sending me until one works - refusing to manually remove me from their promotional marketing email list. They claimed the tracking info for my order would be available within 5 business days. It has been 5 business days, there is still no tracking information. The order status on their website says the order has not been shipped, however they are claiming to have to sent the package already and are refusing to cancel the order or refund me for a product that hasn't been shipped. I want these scammers to stop sending me spam emails and to refund me for the order they haven't shipped.
