I placed an order on January 5, 2024 with graphic chemical. My order number is *****. I ordered (10) 1 pound cans of graphic chemical water soluble block printing ink. I never received a confirmation email about my order and never received tracking information. My card credit card was charged on January 9 for the amount of $248.31. As of now, I have only received part of my order. When I received my order, I was missing one can of white and one can of orange. I had been sent the wrong color blue. I contacted customer service they told me to keep the can of peacock blue, and that they would ship four tubes of 75 mL cobalt blue ink. However, they did not have enough ink for all four tubes so they would send me two at that time. I was told it would be approximately two weeks before they got any white or orange ink in. It was on back order. I received the orange ink as well as two 75mL tubes of blue ink as I was told. I never received the white ink. I have called graphic chemical a minimum of 20 times. I have sent three emails, but no response. I have been unable to print anything over the course of the past six weeks since this order has been placed. I have to have the white ink in order to print the lightest color first. So I cant do anything with any of the other inks . I spoke with someone in customer service four more times. Each time she said the white ink was still on back order or they have it in but she doesnt know why the white ink hasnt been mixed up or it would be sent out and Id receive it hopefully soon but nothing has been received and no one answers the phone. I cannot simply order white water soluble oil based ink from a different company because they are made from different oils and will not mix. So now I have an incomplete order that was charged in full on the day I placed it. When I look at my account on their website, it says the order has been processed as if I have received everything but I have not.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on August 25, 2023. Items were never shipped and the order was was cancelled on November 15, ****. I received a credit memo from the company that same day for the total amount paid, specifying the amount would be refunded to my original payment method ******************* Since that date, I have e-mailed and repeatedly called the company. I have managed to talk to someone 3 times, saying they will check on it and get back to me. I have left countless phone messages explaining the problem and asking them to call back. I ordered $416.27 of printing paper and chemicals on Thursday October 26, 2023 at 3:14pm.My **** card was charged on October 27, 2023, for the full amount.As of December 20, 2023, I have not received any product.I have called their phone numbers ************* and ************) over 12 times and left messages, and they have not responded to any message.I emailed them at ****************************************************** on December 7, 2023, and received a computer generated email that read, "Thank you for reaching out. We will respond to your email as soon as possible and look forward to working with you! Best, The entire team at Graphic ************************************ Printmaking Begins."While they claim to have been in business since ****, there is clearly something wrong at this company.On November 29, 2023, they sent me an Invoice **** PAID from their QuickBooks system and indicated a SHIP DATE of 11/29/2023, SHIP VIA **** TRACKING NO. 1Z2155R90319510440.When I go to *** website and enter the tracking number, *** indicates that a LABEL was generated, but there have been no updates since 12/5/2023. So it appears they generated a shipping LABEL but never gave the goods to *** for shipment, as *** would have updated the shipping information and provided an estimated delivery date.Something is clearly wrong at this company and it is really frustrating that they have not returned repeated phone calls or emails. If someone was sick you would think they would hire temporary staff to at the very least email or call customers to explain the situation.I have now initiated a DISPUTE process with my VISA provider, and will see how that goes. The aggravation, anguish, time spent on this in addition to the cost has led to the worst transaction I have experienced in over 20 years.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!Initial Complaint

9/5/2023 $328.05 9/13/2023 $183.65 I made two purchases at Graphic Chemical and have never received the inks but got charged for the order. I made numerous phone calls, and emails to Graphic Chemical and never got a call or email back. I have had other circumstances where I ordered from Graphic Chemical and they said they mailed me an order and then I called *** and they said the order was cancelled but I was charged for it. This company Graphic Chemical is now known in the community as a place to not do business with. I was trying to give them another chance but they took my money and I never got the product.Initial Complaint

I purchased a high-end printmaking ****** on 8/10/23 and expected to receive an order confirmation and notice of shipping. Received neither although the transaction posted the next day to my ***** Havent received any communication nor a package with the ******. Contacted company via email and website 8 times in the intervening weeks and still nothing. Have initiated a reversal of the transaction through my credit card provider. Very disappointed as this company is recommended within the printmaking community.Initial Complaint

On July 23, 2023 I placed an order online with Graphic ***************************** The order number was *****. My credit card was charged $84.70 that day. I never received a shipping confirmation. I have never received the ordered items. I have placed four calls *************) over the past three weeks to inquire about the status of my order. My calls were never answered. My messages were never responded to. I also emailed the customer service address ******************************************************** with the same request about shipping confirmation. No reply. In addition to the financial loss, I have lost a month on this summer project. As a school teacher, I've now run out of time. Such a waste. Given the number of similar complaints on the BBB, I advocate that this company be investigated by local authorities.Initial Complaint

I ordered supplies from Graphic ******************************** May 4th, 2023 and my card was charged the amount with what looks like shipping on May 5th for $47.56. I called after 3 weeks and was told the order would be shipped out the following Monday with an email shipping notification beforehand. I have not shipping notification nor received my order. Have called and emailed multiple times, no response at all. Now no-one even picks up the phone. I do not want to do business with this company ever again.Initial Complaint

Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer states she ordered $144.00 worth of art supplies from the business on 3/14/23. She did not receive a receipt but her card was charged immediately. The consumer never received the products. She has contacted the business multiple times but has not gotten a response.
