      Order placed on February 22, 2023. Credit card was charged the next day with an amount superior to the purchase price, presumably to reflect shipping costs. 5 weeks later the item ordered has not been delivered. Multiple attempts were made over the weeks following the order to reach the company. The company is not returning calls or emails. Order #***** 2/22/2023 Item: Rosin powdered 4lbs Total amount charged: $79.70

      I ordered a roll of paper on March 3rd via their website, but never received an order confirmation email. They charged my credit card on the 5th. After a few weeks, I phoned and emailed the company several times over the span of a couple of weeks about the status of my order but never reached anybody, nor got a call back or email answer.

      I communicated with the company via email, regarding purchasing some screen printing ink which will be delivered to ******, the person ************ was dealing with was very responsive in the email and told me the lead time will be 5-7 days once order is placed and delivery time will be a week for *** to ship to ******. They send me an invoice for the payment through a platform called "INTUIT QUICKBOOKS" on 20 Dec, the order payment is done on 23 Dec and there is no further update or confirmation.I sent multiple emails trying to get updates on the delivery and ***** is not replying at all. I made a call on 13 Jan, a staff which is not ***** answered and replied that one of my purchased product is restocking and the order will be sent on 16 Jan and I will receive an email regarding the delivery. However, i still havent got any update for the delivery. I'm trying to call them again every business day in their business hours in the last 2 weeks and no one is answering the call and all goes to voice mail.I would like a full refund on the order but no one is answering my request.

      I ordered products from the Graphic Chemical website and my credit card was immediately charged the full amount- $50.50 The order was placed 12/1/2022. As of 1/13/2023, I still have not received the products nor ANY communication from Graphic Chemical. I have called and emailed several times and received zero response.

      An order was placed with this company in October and never received the product. Dozens of attempts have been made to receive the product and the company fails to follow through or return phone calls. Each time contact has been made with the company they promise to send the product out and never do. The company has already received payment for the product and shipping charges and now won't respond to my request for a refund.

      An order was placed with Graphic Chemical on or about Aug 11th 2022, in the amount $266.69 There was no invoice received for this order.$266.69 was charged to a tax exempt purchasing card Mastercard on Aug 11, 2022..A second order was placed with Graphic Chemical on Aug 16, 2022.Invoice number ***** was generated and received.This invoice was charged to the same tax exempt purchasing card Mastercard in the amount of $567.84 A shipping date was scheduled for Aug 22, 2022 via *** (United Parcel Service)The Shipping address was set as:******************************** **** ************** Receiving Dock ************************** We have no record of these orders ever being delivered. From Nov 14 2022 through Nov 18, 2022 I left 5 messages on the their company voicemail.No one from Graphic Chemical ever returned my calls.On Nov 18 2022 I emailed Graphic Chemical at ****************************************************** asking for delivery confirmation Emailed again on Dec 7, 2022 asking for information about this order.I've never received any return communication from Graphic Chemical regarding my inquiry. The charges lapsed over the ***************************************************************************************** the Office Administrator.

      I placed an order (#*****) on Graphic Chemical's website on August 29th, 2022. The order consisted of 48 sheets of paper (25 sheets of ***** BFK off-white, 10 sheets of ***** BFK cream, and 13 sheets of Kitakata light green paper) for a total of $245.80. During the online checkout process, the business provides options to specify the desired action in the case that items are out of stock or on back-order. I selected the option to cancel the ordered items if any were not in stock or on back-order. I also left a note with the order asking them to contact me if any items were unavailable. My debit card was charged, and weeks went by with no shipping confirmation; I contacted them via email and phone but the company failed to return either communications. Eventually I reached them over the phone and a customer service rep informed me that nothing I had ordered was in stock, despite it being available online. On October 4th I requested a refund due to the inaction, poor customer service, and lack of information about my purchase. The business sent me a credit notice via email. However, I have yet to receive any product or refund. My bank has verified that no refund was issued. I have since attempted to contact them dozens of times. The business has stopped answering my phone calls and emails. I know this because I have called them on another line and they picked up almost immediately every time. However, the business still refuses to refund my money, even months after taking money out of my checking account. I am a graduate student. I am very busy with my studies and have almost no disposable income. Graphic Chemical And Ink *** has taken hundreds of dollars from me and wasted hours of my time. I deeply regret doing any business with them. Their ****** reviews have many stories similar to mine, and it is very clear that they regularly take and withhold money from consumers without giving anything in return. Please help me get a refund from this fraudulent business.

      I am a volunteer with the ******************************, a nonprofit organization in ***********) and involved in ordering supplies for one of several workshops to be held at ****************** in late January. I ordered supplies online from several vendors including Graphic Chemical and Inks. Materials were received promptly from all other vendors. When I ordered from Graphic Chemical (10/27/22), the receipt indicated that I would be advised of the shipping costs. To date I have received no such advisement, my credit card has been charged, and repeated phone calls have revealed that they cannot provide any delivery estimate for the ordered materials. I cancelled the orders in two stages and was told I would receive a refund each time. I received a credit memo for the first cancellation and nothing acknowledging the second cancellation. To date no refund has been posted to my credit card. In the meantime, I have ordered the materials they could not supply from another vendor and they have arrived promptly.

      I ordered $2046.69 worth of art materials for my class to teach in winter 2023 on Aug.26, 2022. When the order was placed, I didn't get a confirmation email, so I called several times in the next couple of days leaving messages and emailing with no luck of response from them. Very frustrated by then, I decided to cancel. I finally got a response on Sep 6, saying "The balance of the order is already packaged and in the shipping department. I can try to cancel but the rollers are special order as stated when placing the order." I agreed to proceed with the order. Sep 23, I sent a follow up email for the status, but no response from them. Oct 20, still no words. Oct. 24, I finally talked to a human being there. She checked with "*****" in the warehouse. ***** is the person I was corresponding with. ***** told the woman on the phone that my order was shipped and would arrive this week. I asked to email me the tracking information, and the lady agreed. I still didn't receive any tracking information. I have been calling and emailing daily but no response. They just don't answer the phone or reply to emails! It is so frustrating. Out of blue, one of 22 items ordered arrived yesterday. It was marked to have shipped on Oct. 24. I am not sure if I will receive the rest or when. I need them to refund me the money they already charged. Thank you.

      Graphic Chemical Company has failed to issue two refunds. These were for orders placed but they were unable to fulfill 2 orders. I requested a refund, they said refunds were issued 8/26/2022. I have those emails. Have not received refunds. They don't answer the phone or return voice-mail messages. I will upload and attach relevant emails.
