      04/04/22 I put my yellow gold **** diamond bracelet in for repairs. 04/27/22 business informed me they lost my bracelet. 05/07/22 they gave me a bracelet with a much smaller frame than my original with the intent to deceive me. The size and weight was much smaller than my original one. 04/30/22 Assistant CEO *************************** stated that the only way I could get my original frame back was that they had to put 7-8 carat diamonds in the bracelet and that would cost me over *******. 05/09/22 Assistant CEO ask me to return the smaller bracelet that was given me back to the store. He stated they would give me a 7-8 carat bracelet in my original frame with no out of pocket cost for my troubles . After that CEO stopped taking my phone calls and referred me to **** and ************** at corporate. **** and ************** only offered a smaller version of what I orginally had or pay *******, which I ended up paying **** by intimidation and deception. In 2021 I paid them over ****** to reinforce the links on the entire bracelet and the bracelet broke right away because they took my money and did not do the repairs. I am a senior citizen and they took full advantage of me, I believe their end goal was to take my braclet and force me to spend money to replace my very own bracelet. Buisness has been very uncooperative and have been passing me off to different individuals.

      I PURCHASED THE ***** FROM THE STORE FOR A CONFIRMATION GIFT. I PAID $753.84 AS I WANTED TO MAKE IT EXTRA SPECIAL DUE TO ME BEING THE GODPARENT. MY GRANDSON DIDNT WEAR THE ***** VERY OFTEN BUT NOTICED IT IN THE BEGINNING OF THIS YEAR WHEN IT PUT IT ON THAT THE ***** WERE STARTING TO SEPERATE IN A FEW *****. DUE TO THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ***** I BROUGHT IT INTO THE ***** PARK STORE AND THEY SAID THAT DUE TO THE WARRENTY THAT IT WAS PAST THAT POINT TO GET A REPLACEMENT. NOW DUE TO COVID THERE WERE A LOT OF THINGS THAT HINDERED THE **** WARRENTY. THEY SAID ALL WE CAN DO IT SODDER IT AND THE CHARGE WOULD BE $65.00. SINCE THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ***** AND THE LACK OF HELP FROM THE STORE I DECIDED TO JUST DO IT. WHEN I PICKED IT UP YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE ***** THAT WERE "FIXED". I AM EXTREAMLY DISAPPOINTMENT IN THIS AS THE ***** LOOKS HORRIBLE AND MY GRANDSON DOESNT EVEN WANT TO WEAR IT DUE TO RISKING THE BREAK. I AM LOOKING FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE ***** AND THE ***** OF THE REPAIR. TOTAL IS $818.84
