A Photo Booth rental experience could not be any worse. After reserving the photo booth and printer several weeks prior, on our event day, I got a call from a staff from Marky Booth saying one of their printers was broken and wanted me to push our Photo Booth rental hours by one hour in order to arrange their only one working printer between our event and someone elses. Our event was scheduled for 4-7pm. and some of our guests could only stay for the first hour though. The staff said she understood my concerns and told me not to worry about changing the rental time. That was okay. But I was unpleasantly surprised that this staff didnt know that our Photo Booth attendant needed to be 21 or older, although I not only told their sales people on the phone but also wrote to them via email to make sure they knew. The staff had to call the Photo Booth attendant assigned to us and reported that he was 23. When I arrived at our venue, this photo booth attendant was on the phone trying to figure out how to connect his laptop and his camera with the internet. He said he had not worked with this Photo Booth setting before!The venue staff members were kind enough to help this attendant. Then when the system finally got connected to WiFi, the attendant didnt know how to get the ring light to work. Ugh! Luckily one of my friends was able to help him. But it was close to 6pm when the Photo Booth finally started running properly. Then around 6:45pm, the attendant asked me if its ok for him to take the printer to another event and come back. Just unbelievable. So, most of our guests left without photos taken or printed. And the more important digital copies, which were supposed to be emailed to me in about 48 hours, have not been delivered. The staff texted to me her manager was going to call me the next day, but he never did. Then the staff told me one of their post operations team people would contact me but I never heard from him either. So much devastation.
