            Company notified me over the phone when appointment was set they they preferred cash as they charge a 5% fee (I believe) for credit card processing. I told them they day the appointment was set that I would pay cash the day of the job. When the worker was finished and I was ready to pay he said he didnt have change. For a company thats pushing for cash payments, I would assume that their workers carry cash for change I ended up paying more out of pocket for the job.On top of this, I found out that two days later a relative of mine got the same exact install as me two days later, and paid 35% less for the same exact job/product.!! They only paid $206 and I paid $280 ($265 + $15 because they didnt have change). I got conned for an extra $74

            On April 15, 2024 the ********************* team removed and installed a new well plus cover. They also modified a smaller well and added a cover. The workers were professional and did an excellent job. We have had a number of days of heavy rain and there have been no more leaks. We thank you and highly recommend this firm.
