In July I started getting quotes from roofers when I came across Viking Home Pros they seemed nice and were in the BBB so They had the lowest bid so I went with them. Then problems started they never showed up when they were suppose to I had to keep calling and texting they finialy showed up for work they started on the shingle part which they never replaced plywood that was soft and were suppose to replace all facia wood that was rotted and not splice into a piece that needed replaced which they did. Then they said they would be back to finish flat roof and again I had to call and text for days to get it done then the salesman sold me on some silicone roof for the same price so I said ok. Then again they never replaced wood that need to be replaced and installed silicone without even cleaning the roof. I was watching from down the street now the roof is junk hundreds of bubbles containing water. I got a quote to replace what they did and was told they would have to replace everything so a thare off and replace needed. Then they were suppose to fix leak in garage and never did so I complained and they came out and tore off the roof vent on top and replaced with shingles now that need to be redone be cause i need a vent the garage is insulated and heated. I tried to call and the salesman blocked me and the owner will not answer and if he does he hangs up. So a week ago I got ahold of the salesman which has now quit and he let me know that he quit because of all the things they were doing to rip off customers he said that there are a number of people that are going through the same thing as myself. it's really hard to write everything that has happened But I now have a roof that needs to be redone and do not have the money to do and I would never let him touch anything of mine again. I am looking for money back to cover the new **** of around $9500.00 I am sending copy's of paperwork. Please Help and Thank You for all your help.Business response
