  I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service provided by Top Quality Roofing and Siding during the aftermath of the hail storm on February 27. From the moment I contacted them, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process.Firstly, their team of public adjusters ensured that every detail of the damage was thoroughly assessed and documented, which significantly eased the burden of dealing with insurance claims. Their expertise in navigating this complex area was evident, and it gave me peace of mind knowing that I had experts advocating for me.Once the claim was settled, their in house contractors swung into action. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Not only did they replace the damaged roof, and gutters efficiently, but they also took the time to address any additional concerns I had regarding the integrity of the structure.   Hired this company to put up new gutters on my house . They were told to check the wood . They did not do that . Now the gutters are falling down . And water has damaged ******* and inside my house . I would not recommend this company .

  When the gutters were installed on March of 2021 the wood fascia was fine. We came back to the home several times, customer stated corners of gutters were leaking but when we came out to the home on a rainy day gutters were fine and we added more sealant to the corners. Also when we came out the the home we did an inspection to the gutters that were installed, we noticed that the corner where the gutter was leaking was coming from the roof where the valley meets the gutter. This is where the customer is having leaks and the plywood is rotten underneath the shingles we stated in order to fix this issue we would have to remove shingles and replace rotten plywood and fascia that got damaged due to the roof. At this time when we stated that it was coming from the roof the homeowner stated she will be contacting her insurance to see if they would pay for a new roof and the water damage in her home. Also ****** her husband stated if the insurance did not pay they would pay for the roof out of pocket. After this we never heard back from the homeowner.
