We had reliable come put an interior drain tile in our home plus a new pit and two pumps ( one main and one backup with battery backup.) after three years our main pump stopped working and reliable is refusing to honor their lifetime warranty and we are unable to get any assistance from their new company ULB. this is completely unprofessional, we are seeking assistance with holding them accountable for their bad business practices.

This company has gone out of business and is trying to operate under another companies name while not covering any of their previous customers warranties. This company needs to loose their BBB recognition.

Hi *****, I see you're the owner of ********************* in ******* **. The statements your making are untrue, and I feel this is totally unprofessional (this is a poor example of "competitors" posting negative, and untrue reviews about their competition). Reliable Basement Services joined forces with ULB-Dry Waterproofing, and ALL customers are being taken care of, and ALL warranties are being covered. Please check your resources before posting damaging reviews.

I had our basement waterproofed by Reliable basement back in December 2017. at the time they added a back up battery for our sump pump. that battery by ******* has caused ** so much trouble only after 2 years of its installation, the alarm would beep at random times until we re-set the alarm. We have changed the battery to no avail. we have tried to reach out to the Reliable basement for support of this issue along with a new leak/seepage of water in our basement ( a new problem), they don't return our numerous calls and texts. They answer the call with a voice mail with a new name? (possibly Ever seal?). We have a lifetime warranty on the job done so I wanted to see if our current seepage is related to the job done years ago. But they are not reachable in any way.

BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Called them to install a sump drain to make my yard look pretty. Our sump was draining into a hole in the yard and with a new baby coming, we wanted something that made our yard look better with the hopes of being able to eventually utilize our entire yard. So they came and ultimately installed this drain. Well the drain did not drain and it created a ***** in our yard. Obviously ******, I called them back out. He tried to blame it on us as to why it wasnt working and tried to upsell us on a 50 gallon tank. I told them they needed to fix it what they did as a 50 gallon tank makes no sense. Furthermore, Im not paying you an extra grand to mess up my yard again. After an hour of going back and forth, they agreed to come by and try to fix it by putting more holes in the drain. Well they did that, and would you look at what we have here. I called them multiple times with a promise of a return call and received no response. Ive emailed them as well and have been ignored. I now have frogs laying eggs in my drain. Do not use them. They take your money and dont stand by their work. If you knew your work created this would you be ok with this? Furthermore this water drains into the sidewalk which would create a liability hazard in the winter and drains to the common grass owned by the hoa. You think they care if their work caused me to get a fine? Nope. And before you ask, my sump is not consistently running. We were out there for more than an hour and it had not run one time. Buyer beware! Buyer beware! Buyer Beware!!! I do drop names my rep **************************** After multiple request to speak to a manager, they declined and tried to get him to follow up with me. Well, we now know how that went.
