This company was working for my neighbor. During the job the company's hydraulic hose busted causing hydraulic fluid to explode in their open box trailer and run out of the trailer onto the ************** They had no spill cleanup kit and one worker left to go get kitty litter. They didn't block off my driveway nor another neighbors to avoid people driving up into driveway. Unfortunately, someone drove up onto my driveway and the hydraulic fluid was on their tires and I have over 8 spots stained on my driveway. We worked with **** ********* part owner to take care of and repair my driveway of stains. This event happened 5/2024. **** worked on the majority of the spots by sandblasting them at various times. He had a few spots to sandblast before coming back to powerwash driveway & paint driveway to cover up the spots. He isn't returning texts or calls from my daughter ******* who has been communicating with him all this time. From the start he refused to give us his liability insurance info and asked us to allow him to work on driveway by sandblasting spots. Which we did but he is not communicating with us anymore and it appears has no intentions to come back to finish what we verbally/text agreed to (powerwash & painting). His cell number is ************. The spots on the driveway are visible and we want them taken care of.

We never had a contract with the business but he worked on our neighbors property.  His equipment malfunctioned and caused damage to our property.

This man is not and has not been a customer of LiftPro, LLC. We had a chemical spill contained to the streets.  We used cones to delineate the area, as well as human action waving people to steer clear of the spill. Someone who was a guest of the complainant, ignored our cones and our waving AND the obvious spill in the street and drove it on to the driveway of said complainant. The stains were fairly small in size. There were 6 to 8 of them on 20+ year old concrete. In 1 to 2 years time, these stains will fade, according to the chemical supplier. My crew and myself were working diligently with sand and over 400lb of quick dry to contain the spill. We first contacted the city, who was both aware of, and satisfied with our clean up outcome. The next day, I got an abusive, yelling and cursing call from the complainant. He was screaming at me to come clean it up. I tried to calm him down and he hung up on me. Then he called back and said NOT to come clean it up. Then I get calls from multiple family members asking me why i haven't been by there to clean up. Finally we decide that after the recommendation of my supplier, the best way to accelerate the process of cleaning the stains is to sand blast them. I agree to sand blast the stains, even though both my insurance and lawyer advised that it was self inflicted, and NOT my responsibility, especially given the response of the city in regards to our cleanup - which was not nearly as detailed as my proposal for clean up at the complainant's driveway. I spent 4 sessions on the driveway - each at least 2 hours long. Over 8 hours of my time trying to help - the stains started to lighten. The complainant then tells me that he doesn't want me to sand blast the driveway anymore, he wants me to powerwash it and paint it with two coats, and I'm going to pay for it. At that point, I ceased communication with the complainant. He didn't want to continue with the manufacturers recommendation. I had no liability in the situation, and still attempted to help the situation.  I was willing to help, even though I didn't need to. I was cursed at, yelled at, told not to come. When the goalposts for remedy were changed, I stepped away. I've done more than my due diligence for this situation and was asked to do even more for someone who self imposed small damages, and was never even a customer of mine.

The customer is also very misinformed on what was used for clean up. Nobody from LiftPro used 'kitty litter' although that would have been acceptable for a cleanup response. We used sand and quick dry. The chemical is NOT 'hydraulic fluid,' either.  It is a two part heat reactive polyurethane, and only one if the parts, the 'A' chemical was spilled on the street, and tracked on to the driveway by the complainant's guest.  Again, I was verbally abused and cursed at by the complainant... as recognized by both his wife and daughter.... who is believe is the one actually filling the complaint. I have a 5 star rating with Google and do honest, hard work.  I do not have a poor reputation in my personal or professions life. I have done work for many pillars of the community, and respected businessmen and women.  I hold myself and company to a very lofty standard, which is why i, in spite of advice from other, still offered to help mitigate the staining.  This matter is not even a business related matter, as he is not and has not been a customer of mine. I would suggest the complainant take me to small claims court if he feels that he deserves more than what I've given him in return for his guest's negligence.
