They towed my mother in laws car last night. It was in guest parking with the parking pass up. When we got the car back almost $300 later, the parking pass was on the center console. They have to have somehow unlocked it and moved it. They are cash only with an ATM that has no money in it...?? I'm a night owl. I'm going to get video proof of their scams.

Our car was repoed and because we were unable to come up with the money right away, our car was sent to an auction yard. this is probably the best outcome that could happened in this situation. we were able to get our car from the auction yard eventually, but when we get there we were informed that our property was taken out of the car at the repo yard, aka, Nationwide Recovery. We made an appointment and everything to retrieve our property, but when we arrived for our appointment the building looked closed and empty. still the phone number just tells you to make an appointment. obviously making an appointment does no good. i guess i’ll have to say goodbye to all my belongings that were in my car!

If I could give them zero stars I would. My car was repossessed to they location in *********, *********. There is no way to talk to a human you have to submit an email that they do not respond to. I setup 2 appointments to redeem my vehicle before it went to auction and never received a confirmation text. By the time I heard back from them I was told my car was sent to auction but I could redeem my property from them. I went for a property redemption and several of my items were missing. A tote full of car detailing products, a basket of laundry detergent, a box of laundry detergent, sunglasses, a Jade ****** necklace that has been hanging in my car for YEARS, perfumes, lotions, bath and bodyworks car air fresheners, cigarette lighter iPhone adapter with charging cords, new headlight bulbs and the socket, the cover for the headlight, a car booster seat, a black panther collectable coin, etc. This is not at all acceptable and they should be ashamed. I can understand throwing away the Juice and Milk even though the were brand new and unopened but everything else is just THEFT. This company should be investigated, this is not the first review of them stealing peoples belongings.

These people love to play the power card. They are ex-police. They wouldnt tell me if they had my car or not, so I showed up Monday, she made excuses to not give the car back and proceeded to lock me out of the building. Held my car for an extra 3 days to rack up the ****. They take cash only which is very shady IMO. Overall very shady and snake people.
