    For over a month, I have been trying to resolve this matter with Midas and TBC ***************** However, they have consistently transferred me from function to function without resolution. On May 8, 2023, brake pads were replaced, brake rotors were replaced, brake fluid was changed, tires were rotated, and oil was changed on my 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury (VIN *****************). Approximately a month afterwards, the car began to exhibit issues with the brakes including producing a great deal of brake dust and the brakes being soft. The rotors are also rusting beyond what the pads can take off. In addition, the "Service Parking Brake" light has turned on which is an indication that the installation was in error. I am requesting a replacement of pads and rotors, confirmation that the brake fluid is correctly installed, and resolution of my service brake light error.
