            We bout a car back in September of 2023. Within the first few days the transmission went on our 2012 *************. **** then tows it out there and fixes it. Tell me we don't have to pay anything and that the car is running great. Go pick the car back up in ******** only for it to have 5xs more problems then it already had. Called **** and he proceeds to tell us that he fixed the issues and it should be fine. Days later we get into an altercation over the phone and he clearly feels some type of way about it. On our final payment this man decided to add an extra $1800 to our bill. So now he refuses to give us our title after our car is completely paid off. Still HAS NOT returned any of our calls regarding this outstanding bill. Then not even 2 weeks ago I revieve another piece of mail from lewis auto stating I now owe $2,300 for unpaid fees. Now mind you I've been paying this other outstanding bill because **** keeps having his "secritaries" call and threaten to have out vehicle repoed if we don't pay. And not to mention we have also put well over $4,000 into this vehicle to make it safe for the roads. I'm completely blown away on how this man is getting away with ripping so many people off. By the time I'm dome paying this place I'll be paying well over $15,000 for a USED 2012 ****** Murano. CAN SOMEONE, ANYONE PLEASE HELP. And til this day **** has yet to call my boyfriend or myself to explain all these other charges. But sure has this woman calling for payments like no other. Then when you call uo there to speak with him or a manager they basically give you the runaround and say **** will call back and it never happens.

            I don't even. Know where to begin. We bout a 2012 ************* from **** last year of September. The transmission went within the first 2 days. **** gets it towed and tells us he's going to pay. Then we get it back and the vehicle is running even worse. Noises it's never made literally everything was wrong with the car. After putting another $4,000 into the car, **** proceeds to secretly add another $1,800 to our bill for the transmission that we never agreed to pay for. Now he has his secretaries calling and threatening us that we have to pay otherwise he will repo our vehicle. He refuses to give us our title after completely paying off the vehicle. It's been almost a month and **** still hasn't contacted either one of us whose name is on the title. I'm beyond disgusted with this establishment. They sell lemon Cars and are nothing but money hungry individuals. They should honestly be shut down. Horrible place for vehicles
