      Furnace was installed 2/11/25. Per our contract air cabinet filter size should be 16x25x4. However, they installed 16x25x1 without informing me. I was told they cant do it but when I have contacted other **** professional It is durable and just have to move the return air vent a bit to fit right size filter. My assumption is they thru dont want to do it because of little extra work for them.I have a chronic allergy and installing thicker size filter definitely help air circulation.I have contacted ***** from the office and left message with her several time was told owner will contact me which never happened. I had also communicated with sales manager Name **** and asking about this and he was very unprofessional and rude and accusing me Harrassing them and stop calling them when I call maybe called them no more than two times. Also he threat me to block my phone number when I asked him is there any way you can get it done?As a customer dont I have right to ask when something was not done what I promised? Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

      We reached a agreement with the customer over the 'filter' he was concerned with. Attached is the email conversation where the Suman agreed to a refund of $400 for the filter.
