      **** was contracted to install our cabinets in February 2024, for which we paid $24,700.00. **** assured us the cabinets would be completed by May 13, 2024.On May 13, 2024, **** and his team began demolishing our kitchen, promising completion by May 15th, but the work extended to May 17th. During this process, they caused water damage to our basement due to a cut water line left running by one of ****'s employees. Despite informing **** on May 17th, no plumber was sent. He sent a screenshot a plumber was coming never came. Additionally, **** and his team discarded or damaged our baseboards, window trim, and caused gouges to our living room floor and a crooked cut on our dining room floor. Unauthorized duct work reduced our HVAC airflow, and our toilet drain was damaged, requiring professional plumbing repairs.****'s invoice stated that ArmorWood would handle electrical work, plumbing, painting, lighting fixtures, and cabinet hardware. However, we had to hire licensed professionals due to damage caused by unlicensed individuals, including the reconnection of our RO system, plumbing insulation, and duct work. ArmorWood also damaged our staircase, adding to our repair expenses.ArmorWood was scheduled to install the cabinets on June 6, 2024. As of now, we have not received all the cabinets, and the ones installed are unfinished with structural issues. Deliveries were partial and spread over multiple days, with many cabinets incomplete. On June 7th, **** was late and cited a full van as the reason, leading us to believe the cabinets were not complete. **** frequently provided excuses for delays, including taking a week off for his birthday in late June.To date, we have paid ArmorWood over $46,756.00, yet the work remains incomplete with poor workmanship. We are seeking reimbursement for the damages caused and request. Additionally, ArmorWood has taken our antique stove, coffee table, and bar stool without returning them despite multiple requests.

      Armorwood did hot honor their agreement. The job was not completed. Kitchen cabinets are not completely painted and several look unfinished. If they cannot complete for some reason, we are requesting a refund. Thank you!
