    Johnson's picked my car up on may 9th to calibrate my interlock system and to repair my car as it was broken down. They have had my car ever since they refuse to fix it they won't answer my calls they will not do anything they said they would do for four months they have disrupted mine amd my children's lives as this is my only means of transportation they are rude and a terrible business

    the part the customers vehicle needs is on back order and has been for several months. the customer is well aware of the situation. the customer took responsibilty to find a used part without success. the customer then has a 3rd party contact us to get vehicle information and to pull the part from the car. when i informed them that we would have to add additional labor charges to their bill they became upset and asked if they could pick up their car. we agreed to release the vehicle upon payment of service rendered and the 3rd party and customer did not want to pay for service rendered this far. once the customer pays their bill with us we will be more than pleased to release it.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I was aware of the back order but was then informed by the receptionist at Johnson's that the part could and would be delivered to them and I would pay for the labor and part and never heard anything back nore have I been able to keep contact with them as they don't usually answer the phone. The only third party I agreed to allow come get my car was another intoxilock certified mechanic out of Marion and that was only because intoxilock said that was what was happening as they are the ones who set it up.
