I hired TNT concrete to remove my old drive way and replace it with new asphalt.I signed a contract for the price of $7800 In order to start they asked for half the cost up front ($3900) which I paid. I also paid for a permit from the village to allow them to do the job. Once they were registered with the village they started work removing the old asphalt once the finish removing the old asphalt village inspectors come do an inspection making sure they meet village guidelines. They failed the inspection and are now refusing to do what the village guidelines call for. Now I have no drive way and I'm out of $3900 dollars.
