JC Adjusting Company is TERRIBLE! Paid the money for the repairs they were never done!

Good afternoon,JC Adjusters prides ourselves on the services we provide not only as our clients public adjuster but as a company who takes care of our customers to the best of our ability. We provide sufficient and exceptional service in order to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers.JC Adjusters has not completed any interior repairs that were approved per the insurance due to attempting to get the clients roof approved for replacement and this was known to the client.************** received payment in March of 2024 from the client, this payment was primarily for the mitigation company, Restoration Control, for the work they completed in August of 2023; JC Adjusters paid Restoration Control the funds owed. The additional funds that were included in the check for the interior repairs will be returned to the client via check with ***** **************, besides returning the interior repair funds, will also be removing themselves from the claim and closing the file due to the complaint placed.Thank you.Review fromTatiana H

5 starsIncredible experience, after trying a roof claim with a different company and getting denied I met JC Adjusting and they were wonderful! Got everything settled with our insurance and successfully took care of everything. They replaced all of our roof with incredible speed, it looks beautiful now. 5 starsJC adjusting Company not only made the the whole insurance claim a breeze but also did phenomenal job from start to finish. Everything was plain and simple. No hidden fine print. Everything was very transparent. Everyone I dealt with from JC adjusting was so kind and professional. Shot out to *****. The kindest most professional person. I was hesitant at first since many stories Ive heard about private adjustors not delivering. But once I made the first phone call that was it. I knew I was going to be taken care of. Saw an add, they stated they would help me go through my insurance. I signed thinking all I would pay is the deductible. Right away guys came out did water damage control. I still have not seen the figures presented to my insurance and one month later my insurance adjuster came for inspection and stated JC Adjusting is overcharging me. They submitted a $20,000 bill and this does not include the roof replacement. $20,000 is the highest estimated I've gotten to replace my roof shingles to date, why are they so expensive?I need help with this situation.JC Adjusting Company

Good afternoon Ms. Ford, JC Adjusters prides ourselves on the services we provide not only as your public adjuster but as a company who takes care of our customers to the best of our ability. We provide sufficient and exceptional service in order to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. As the policy holder, you have to care for your property to prevent further damage from occurring. In this case, when we completed our pre inspection and showed you the damages presented; we explained our PA Contract with you and in which you signed on 4/19/23. We informed you that a mitigation company would come out and remove all moisture and dry out all wet material that would cause mold to the interior of your property to which you agreed to after we had explained that this is charged to the insurance company. The mitigation invoice is at $20,949.65 however, that covers approximately $7,600 for tarping the roof to prevent continuous damage and the remaining charges include the actual mitigation of 5 rooms and 1 hallway. On 5/26/23 via texting messaging, we offered to remove ourselves from the claim but you told us not to, that you wanted to wait to hear from the insurance company. Once again, the only out of pocket expense you have is your deductible. You have not been presented with an estimate from the insurance due to the fact that your initial inspection was just 5/25/23, and we are still trying to come to an agreement with the insurance, so there is nothing we can currently supply you at this time.
