Progressive made me take my car here because of an accident when I got my car back the first time there was still damage to my door and then there was a chemical inside my vehicle and some kind of over spray on the windshield this over spray I tried to clean myself and it wouldnt come off I had to deal with ******* so I could bring my car back get the door completely fixed and my windshield issue taken care of . So I get my car back again and the over spray is still there now Im dealing with ***** who called me and is now trying to say they have to figure out where it came from. *** brought up this issue as soon as I got my car back the first time. There playing games with me and giving me the run around about getting my windshield fixed. I paid my deductible and I expected good quality work when instead its poor work and really bad customer ********************** I was told by two of their employees it something they used now Im have to fight to get this fixed when it should have the first time or even the second time I was told the issue was going to be takes care ok now ***** wants to see the over spray why all their other employees seen it I was told by ******* and my insurance agent this will be fixed. I will never trust these people my car is only 4 months old and now I have to deal with spots all over my windshield because of their incompetence and they maybe will do something about this. Dont go here of your insurance company trys to refer you here say no Im also now looking for a different insurance company besides progressive .

We was in accident on June 2021 we have our car took to service king to get repairs when we got the car back it wasnt like it was before the car accident and we took the car up there several times after the accident for they stuff they did to the car a few weeks later my struts came through the floor board aka the trunk of the car which I ask them to repair it to no avail they wont repair it when they workers that work on my car did a rush job on my car which is a 2015 ***** car my trunk dont ever match to how it was I got before and after pics of my car to prove that they did a rush job and then it was water get into my trunk and mess up my battery I am not satisfied with service king and they actions on my cars at all and now they change they name to crash champions they dont need to be repair anyone cars at all until they get someone that is *** certifies to work on cars and trunks this is unacceptable and ************************** ask them can they do they work on the car or should it be total out and they manager need to be fired cause she was rude and not welcome at all sorry a** company they isnt not good at all I will never recommend them at allCrash Champions, LLC

Told job would take 10 days. After 2 weeks had passed and no call for an update, our multiple requests were ignored. Front staff ******* and **** were dismissive and unapologetic. Told they were waiting on a part (not necessary to drive the car). In fact it was strictly cosmetic work that was done and the car was perfectly drivable. Since they had no idea when part would be in we insisted on picking up the car and were met with much opposition as they don't do that. We had our adjuster call (who *********************** up on 3 times) and finally got the car released. Then they called us back because the part was in. (This was only after our adjuster called for an update. They never contacted us.) Guess what.. they ordered the wrong part. Now 14 weeks later the part has still not been installed. Yet they had the nerve to call NJM looking for payment. If we had not gotten the car back when we insisted it would have been 14 weeks paying for a rental. No apologies. No remorse. Nothing. Just looking for money for an incomplete repair. Our insurance company is trying to have them removed from their repair list because they are incompetent. Actually, the cosmetic part looks great. It is the front staff that needs to take a course in customer service. They made this entire experience the worse one we have ever had. To start, I can 100% assure you that they are far from being champions. During my vehicles time there they managed to break a taillight that was not broken previously, did not notify us that they had broken it, then incorrectly repaired it instead of replacing it as if I would not notice. The bumper was painted and replaced but after a few days I noticed delamination of the paint in two areas and poor bumper fitment. The rear hatch was to be completely replaced which at pickup time I noticed had not been done as I was told it would be and it also was misaligned, and they somehow managed to scratch the vehicle on one side in multiple areas although no work was done in that area at all. Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy, especially at the fact that I had been deceived. With that all being said I then requested that they take the vehicle a second time and repair/replace everything that was damaged, etc. I went back a second time to pick up the vehicle and all seemed well, but again I was deceived!! The rear hatch that was supposed to be replaced the first time, and now the second time, had STILL not been replaced. Again they did not tell me that this had not been done AGAIN at the second pick up until I noticed it. At that point I was furious and had enough. My rear hatch now does not open when the release button is pressed, my dampers no longer operate smoothly, and the hatch has to be slammed shut to be secured. Even if this helps ONE person avoid this place I have done my job in leaving this review and if I could leave zero starts I certainly would. I also forgot to mention that they kept my vehicle for longer than they stated that it would take both times and I never received a call in either instance notifying me of this, I had to call them multiple times to see what the holdup was. Needless to say, I am taking my vehicle elsewhere to be repaired CORRECTLY!! `Crash Champions, LLC

This place is terrible. I took my car there to be repaired after a wreck and all I had was problems. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. Take your care anywhere else. Nothing but issues with my repair. Every time they said they fixed it, there was always something else wrong. They would paint one thing and then they put other scratches on it after they just painted. Beware.Crash Champions, LLC

Insultingly disappointing... 1) What should have been a 4-5 week job (other professional's options) turned out to be 7 weeks. 2) I was challenged by management once they learned of my past career in autobody and the knowledge that [visual evidence] the poor quality of the interior detailing upon delivery was unacceptable and they failed in quality control period. 3) The day after pickup, I was able to scrutinize the body & paint work and was not surprised to fined about a half dozen hail dents that were not fixed. Along with paint nubs/dirt in the clearcoat. 4) The hood was loose and was shaking/vibrating at high speeds. 5) The rear window defrost doesn't seem to be working. 6) Customers service at the front desk was great. However, management feels the need to tell me (the Customer) all the shop issues like being overbooked and/or short staffed. Moreover, thier personal problems that has zero relationship to my vehicle being fixed period. 7) Customer service 101, needs improvement or at a minimum training from a professional third party person. 8) I was pushed to the right on pickup about 4 times over the 7 week and 3 day timeline that it took to get my truck back with an overall letter grade of a D+ in my personal experiences and opinion. 9) Now, I will have further inconvenience by bring my truck back to have them clean "detail" it right (for real maybe) a second time around. How insultingly disappointing?! 10) in closing, I will never recommend this shop to anyone; however, I will make it my mission to info and share my disappointing experience with the likes of Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, and the common social media platforms. 11) To add to what's already been stated...the right rear door weatherstripping did have "overspray" which leads me to restate "quality control" and management failure.Crash Champions, LLC

I had the unfortunate experience of taking my vehicle to the Crash Champions in ****** **. My car, a 2023 Caddilac was not repaired properly and when I took it back for a second time, they were supposed to pay for the rental of a vehicle for me. I was charged for the rental, and forty days later I still have not been reimbursed. I still need repairs on my car, but I need to fight with my insurance company,Allstate, because I refuse to allow this incompetent group at Crash Champions to work on my car again. I don't know why ****************** pushes people to this awful company. I guess the two of them share in the wealth created within this madness. I will continue to fight until my car is fixed correctly.Crash Champions, LLC

0 of 5 stars. I Took my vehicle in after an accident for an insurance claim/repair. The shop was recommended through the "Good Hands Network" from Allstate, so I thought I was in "good hands". The vehicle hydroplaned and hit a concrete barrier head on doing 55mph. These scam artists didn't even do an alignment on it. If you know anything about repairs you know a vehicle that hydroplaned will need an alignment as well as most every other vehicle that's involved in an accident. They quoted almost 3k in repairs including my $500 deductible. I Got my vehicle back with visible damage, unrepaired. That damage was itemized as "repairs" instead of replacements yet it was still in the same condition as it was when it was sent in. I believe this was done intentionally to hide the fact that new parts wouldn't fit on a bent frame. The headlight they replaced was the cheapest aftermarket part they could find and they didn't even put a dust boot cover on it.... And the headlight doesn't even work. I sent the vehicle to another shop to double check the repairs crash champions said they made. Come to find out, the alignment they never checked was off. The reason why? The entire front end of the frame is bent/swayed a half inch to the left. They held my vehicle for 30 days (maxing out rental coverage) and did the most minimal work as possible (only replacing cosmetic damage). If you have ANY vehicle repairs needed, whether it's something minor or it's a major accident through insurance, DO NOT choose this garbage company. Evan and the owner are pure liars and snakes. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOU AND/OR YOUR FAMILIES SAFETY. The fact they knowingly sent me back on the road in an unsafe vehicle just to get a few dollars is crazy.Crash Champions, LLC

Completly awful. My son was in an accident with my truck. State farm whom is equally as incompetent convinced me to send the truck there for repair. So we released it to them. They refused to work with the towing company who had the truck, so they left it in impound until I forced state farm to tow it. It sat there for 5 days with the window open, in the rain. I got upset, so they refused to work on it and forced me to pay to tow it somewhere else. I don't know what kind of games they are playing, but when it looks they are intentionally creating a harder time for someone trying to get through a hardship, that is when it crosses from.unprofessional to actual willful negligence.Being kind and helpful is a customer service standard. They are far from being either. They intentionally made things more difficult for us...and cost us even more money in the process. Shame on crash champions. You are not a good business.
