  Proliance replaced the roof on my moms house, garage, and shed. They did a great job. The contractors cleaned up so well that you couldnt even tell they were there! ********* and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Explained everything and returned calls promptly. ********* was great on all follow up calls.

  The Proliance teams from beginning the estimate to finish were amazing! Great communication. They did what they promised. They were on time. They called to confirm times and the work on both the roof and siding was excellent. Highly recommeneded!*******************

  Insurance denied our claim twice before I hired Proliance. ****** has been working on our claim tirelessly on our behalf *********** on the public adjuster end. She's also working w/the contractors and all involved in our project. She's just our advocate and getting our ***************** and making sure our out of pocket is minimal. Good company to work with.

  We hired Proliance in July 2021 to replace our roof. At first they were great. They worked with insurance to ensure we would have maximum reimbursement. A few months later the roof leaked and the drywall bubbled and we had drips down our walls. They sent someone out that had assured us everything was fixed. They repaired the walls where it has ruined the drywall.Fast forward another 6 months - we spends thousands of dollars repainting our entire interior of our house and the roof leaked in the same spot. After multiple calls they sent someone out to find the leak. It took two contractors to find and repair the leak. We haven't had problems since, however, after about a dozen calls we can't get anyone to return our calls about fixing the interior damage from the roof. We also spoke to several of our neighbors that used the company and they had the same problem. We don't recommend them and will not be using them for any future needs.

  Awesome company. I think his name was **** who came by today and did another metal detector sweep just to make sure it was all cleaned up. Truly appreciate the follow up. Honestly every person we have dealt with in Proliance has been great, polite, professional and awesome!

  My doorbell rang and Proliance was at my house saying they would check my roof for free to see if there was damage to get my insurance company to cover a new roof. I told him I am a single mom with my mother living with me who is on Hospice. I said I could NOT AFFORD to pay ANYTHING. I was assured I would not have to pay but that if the ***************** agreed to pay for the roof that they would fix it. My insurance came out and said they only would approve $700 in damage in which time I said NO! I SAID WITHDRAW MY CLAIM!! Proliance then called me back and said they believed the insurance wasn't being fair and they were going to have them come back out. Next thing I know Allstate cuts me a check for $700 and told me because adjusters came out twice they had to send me a check. I now have a claim on my insurance which will quadruple my payments and i DIDN'T EVEN WANT THIS. When I called to ask what the h*** was going on I was told they will call me back and guess what?? No call. THIS HAS SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT!!!!! DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO LOOK AT YOUR ROOF!!!!!!
