      I have reported a claim with Safeway insurance for an accident I was involved in. The claim representative I had working on my case was not very helpful. Anytime I was frustrated he just argued with me about how I was in the wrong and I will not get any help with my car. He also stated that I can take it to court but I will lose the case. He was not very helpful at all when it came to any of my concerns and made me feel like I was not appreciated as a customer at all. This whole process showed me how when anything bad does happen with this insurance company they will not help you in any way. I am very disappointed with how I have been treated by this company and will never recommend them as a company to use. The representative was very rude to me and I do not appreciate how I was treated as the customer who has paid my policy each time and have been a customer for years.

      THESE FOLkS STOLE MY MONEY! DO NOT LET THEM AUTO DRAFT!!!I always paid on time, my policy was expiring. As instructed by agents, I sent an email stating I wish to cancel my policy and not re-new. And specifically to not take money out of my account! They did anyways!!!$$%^%I get paid once a month, I have to budget my money!!!!These punks just do what they want to, now it's a ****** trying to retrieve my money they stole!!!They would not cancel my policy until I sent them a copy of my new ins. Policy with another company!!! Why is that their business????? ****** and thieves and they blocked my emails and hang up on me. Apparently I'm supposed to be nice when they're stealing my money??????

      Hello world fellow this company should not be in operation until it has has an official audit on business for the first year until current There should also be a proper investigation into the insured because of the the low tolerance for the bad drivers it has an higher rate and a higher risk of accidents and road safety repeat violators .Please be aware please if you can not afford Insurance that will cover the driver please do not Contact this company because they didnt insure the driver or anyone else that makes this company the about to get biggest Consumer Protection Agency violation ever. A person showed the Safeway insurance card to evade and avoid financial liability and legal repercussions for tearing up my car and injuring me. To not only insure the person who almost took my life after having multiple DUI charges editor drivers good and bad its another story of this company got issues .BE CAREFUL THIS COMPANY WILL NOT INSURE ITS DRIVER IF THEY ARE IN AN ACCIDENT

      This company *****. Some ***************** was my insurance appraiser and he put us through the wringer. Not only didnt he pay the rental for my car after we have car rental they also ignored all of my calls. I hate some fool vandalized my car with paint.I wouldnt have to go through that. This company didnt help us at all and then the body shop came with their mess claiming it will be a few more days so you guess it. We had to pay for the rental again. Whats the use in having rental insurance and the company wont pay. We are looking for another company as I speak

      Stay as far away from this **mpany as you possibly can!!!!! They happily take your money and then when you need Safeway to take care of your car or the person you hit.,...they look for any and every way they can s**** their customer.....I've been paying them religiously for years then when I had an accident while driving in ********* they said. "Well you were driving out of state". What TF difference does THAT make??? They screwed me ..my mother and now we are getting $5000.00. In fines maybe losing my license because ********************** ins ** is a mouse house insurance ** that is so small they can't make much money so they don't pay out claims when clearly they should. Allstate **** and 10 other insurance ** I called told me that Safeway is not liked by the BBB and they have been sued **untless times due to fraud on their parts. Safeway insurance ** is a SCAM!!!! Stay FAR away!!!!!!!

      **************** is extremely rude. The adjuster ****** gave me the wrong information and wouldnt call me back for days. When she finally got ahold of me she was argumentative, rude, and defensive. My insurance is not Safeway. The person who hit my car uses this company. Do NOT do business with Safeway.

      Was in accident 07-06-23, it is currently 01-12-24 Ive spoken to my rep a total of 2 times.. they never answer the phone or return missed calls / voicemails, the two I spoke to someone they were rude and condescending, and *** had to resubmit paperwork they kept losing horrible company DONT DO BUSINESS WITH SAFEWAY

      This company is absolutely a waste! Rude and very unprofessional! The adjuster was rude, not helpful at all,and she does not answer her phone. Questions will be left unanswered. Please save your self the money and the stress.no stars. I can't even give one.

      I was rear ended by a vehicle that was insured by Safeway. Theyve been non responsive to myself as well as my insurance company. They dont respond to emails or phone calls and try to run the clock until it times out. Very sad to see such little ethic.

      Worst insurance company. If you are a piece of c*** and don't own up to wrong doing in your own life than this company is for you. Its been over 3 months and they still haven't reviewed all of are claim
