On January 21st, 2022, I went to Audi of Westmont to replace my tires. I had four new Pirelli All Season tires installed for a little over $1000. Within a few weeks the front right tire popped after clipping the landscaping next to my driveway, with the car only going 5 MPH. I had the car towed to Audi of Orland and it was replaced since it was under warranty. I had to pay for the tow and the labor to change the tire, which was a little over $100. A few weeks later I was driving on Lakeshore Dr. and hit a pothole, the front right tire immediately lost all pressure and I had to pull over. An hour later the car was towed again to *******************, and I again had to pay for labor and towing, around $150 this time. Both times, the tires were under warranty and I notified **** at Audi Westmont of the issue. At this point, I felt like something was seriously wrong with the tires since two out of the four tires had issues within a few weeks of purchasing them. Fast forward another week and my son and I were driving to ********* when I received a low pressure warning for the back left tire. I stopped at a gas station and filled air in the front tires and then upon inspecting the back left tire noticed a bubble sticking out of the sidewall. I immediately drove to Audi Westmont and spoke to ****. Both **** and another staff member agreed that it was very odd for three out of the four tires to have had issues so quickly. They agreed that a tire would be replaced once it was ordered and i was given a loaner vehicle. When I spoke to the Service Manager she told me that it was my fault and I caused the three issues, that there was nothing wrong with the tires and that they were stepping up to the plate to fix the back two tires even though it wasn't their responsibility since they didn't manufacture the tires. I mentioned that they don't manufacture the cars yet they still stand behind their quality. She told me that if I wanted a refund I'd have to contact Pirelli directly.Business response

Agreed to pay for tow and labor invoices submitted by customer, also ***** is looking to purchase a new Q5 with us next week.
