    My son ******* and ************ were victims of discrimination,harassment and potential victims of fraud. I am disappointed that this business is still operating and not under investigation or on *** or WGN for scamming people. *** sales man was less than satisfactory but to be denied the opportunity to test drive a vehicle without prior commitment to purchase because you assume one cant afford it or make judgments on ones appearance assuming they have bad credit is unethical. You cant Demand a customer commit to a purchase without inspecting or driving the vehicle. This policy struck me as unethical and illegal.Fortunately, after a while of bickering the sales manager intervened and allowed them to test drive the vehicle.The financial manager was blatantly condescending and extremely disrespectful to my son for not agreeing to purchase the warranty. He felt the need to be rude and demanded they purchase the warranty despite telling him numerous times they were not interested. Throughout the process, he displayed visible agitation and made condescending remarks, particularly when ******* asked questions about the car's warranty. Was then told he was not allowed to ask questions. Despite kindly declining the warranty, his demeanor remained disrespectful to the point were he ridiculed him. No human being should be treated that way let alone forced to purchase something against their will. I am livid that he made my son and his fianc feel uncomfortable and disheartened with what should have been a happy moment. ******* deserves an apology but most importantly The finance manager needs to be terminated or removed from said position effective immediately.I appreciate your attention to this matter.Sincerely,***************

    2019 X5 was advertised on AutoTrader w/o picture or price, just specs. I contacted the dealership and ended of texting and emailing with *****************-Ultimo Motors North. The car was being shipped from *******. It arrived on Tuesday, 3/08. He sent me pictures and confirmed the price. Long story short, after several emails and texts I provided my credit card to hold the car on Thursday evening. Informed him that we were driving up on Friday afternoon (3 hours). We arrived and another salesperson greeted us. I told him that I was there for ****. He said he was with a customer. We looked around at the other cars and located the X5 we were there to work out a deal on. It was locked. I asked one of the other salespeople if we could get the key to look at the car, and he said that **** had it. I started getting a funny feeling, because **** didnt even acknowledge us, initially. He then came out to the car, unlocked the car, and proceeded to show us a scratch on the car, explained he didnt know what happened. Then he relooked the car and said he would be with us, shortly. He relocked the car and went back to the customers that he was working with, who unbeknownst to us, was contracting for the car that I had provided my credit card to hold! We went back and waited, maybe 15 minutes. I went into the office and asked what was going on, was the car sold. The man that I found out later was the manager, said that it wasnt sold and if he we could wait a few more minutes that **** would be right with us, So, we waited only for **** to come over and tell me that the car was sold and he was sorry! He proceeded to lie and say that he thought I wasnt coming, even though I had emailed to tell him that we were coming and he even called me, shortly after we left to drive up. It was one lie after the other from both he and the manager, The manager said we have other X5sI said lets go! This dealership doesnt deserve any star!
