    1) I received an email regarding a balance notification from this business on 8-11-22. My son had an urgent care visit on 5-4-22 for which they stated they would charge me $248.00 on 8-16-2022. I have medical insurance and have used this business previously for urgent care visits and knew this was incorrect.2) I called the main number and spoke to the receptionist. She verbally stated that the charge was wrong and they did not bill my medical insurance for the visit. She gave me the phone number for the billing employee.3) I called the employee on 8-11-22 and left a voicemail regarding the erroneous charge. I received no return call or email.4) I called the employee again on 8-15-22 and left a voicemail regarding the erroneous charge. I received no return call or email.5) On 8-16-22 KIDS Urgent Care charged my card. I called the billing number and the mailbox was full. I called the main number again and was given a billing email. They stated "she usually responds to email". I promptly emailed on 8-16-22. No response.6) On 8-17-22 I emailed the billing email again. No response. I called the main number and the person I spoke to said she would contact the manager to resolve the issue. I was given no contact info for this person.7) As of today, 8-21-22, I have received no calls, voicemail, email, from anyone regarding this. There is no reverse charge on my account.8*****) This is actually the second time we have been incorrectly charged for our appointment. The first time (1-2-22) was resolved relatively quickly. I am beginning to wonder if this is intentional to sneak in more money from people who aren't noticing visits not submitted to insurance. They have our insurance on file and it has never changed. This is unnecessary.

    I brought my son who had been experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, and fever. After quickly looking over him, the doctor instructed he eat more and that it was a stomach bug. Going on day 3, he continues to have a fever. I called today to ask for a suggestion of what we should be doing next as this has now been the second time he was misdiagnosed at this facility. Not only was the manager **** extremely rude and condescending, she offered no help as to my situation. Will NOT be going to this clinic again.
