Early in 2022 UroPartners failed to respond to my request for a check up. They missed messages in the past to the point where I had to complain in writing to their physician Dr. ****************** He initially responded but stopped responding after I had to write other complaints to him. Problems were unreturned appointment requests and prescription requests.I also asked for the name of the practice manager, and they only told me after repeated requests. On or around 9/27/2022 I had a prescription refill and contacted the practice manager... ****. I told her twice my refill was needed in 24 hours. **** said she would contact Dr. *********** process the refill by contacting the drug store, and contact me to confirm. Next day the drug store alerted me that nobody contacted them.Despite the fact that I made it expressly clear I needed the refill... there was no apparent response.Next day, as I was running out I contacted ******************** to renew this. (I had a stroke last year, and it's important my meds are maintained. I advised Dr. ********** of this in 2021.) I was forced to reduce my doses by 50% to maintain coverage. I also left a message with UroPartners answering service for ****. I made it clear in my message this was about the unfullfilled promise for the prescription. UroPartners never called, texted or emailed. It's one thing to ignore messages for appointments. But ignoring a request for a prescription refill, after so many prior ************************** to make good on this... is a breach of doctor/patient relations. And denying medicine... I would think that's a violation. They need to know the Hippocratic Oath means they help people. It doesn't mean they can be hypocrites. On Monday, 11/7/2022 I was just alerted by the drug store that this practice again did not respond to a prescription refill. It's been two days and still no response, of any kind. Thank you for your help.
