            On 6/24/21 Affordable Fence of Illinois LLC quoted my yard for 78 linear feet of fencing. I accepted the proposal for $2280.00 and wrote a down payment check for $1275.00 with a verbal installation date of within 2-3 weeks. Since then, Affordable Fence has never come to do any installation, and every time I ask for a new install date, they can't give me one. I have asked for a refund and have been ignored. I want my money back.

            I signed a contract with *********************** of Affordable Fence of Illinois in the early Spring of 2021, its 9/23/2021. He has stopped responding to my emails and calls. I wrote him a check for $3,000 dollars and he took it to MY ************ to cash it. So he could hide any bank account he might have. I should have cancelled it right then and there. So how does the law let someone hide behind contract law when he is obviously just running a scam to steal money?
