      They charge more for a larger dish but you do not get a larger dish. Example a Lasagna dish is larger and deeper than a casserole dish and would expect to pay more. But what you get is a casserole size dish but you have paid More.

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to our customer complaint. I am not quite sure what the issue is as she indicates repair is needed, a smaller dish should cost less than a larger dish etc.  I have attached a copy of the email I have sent to the customer to help resolve the issue but I must wait for her to respond.

      I ordered 2 the 7 inch pumpkins and was extremely disappointed. They are barely the size of my hand and not even 5 inches. See picture, the pumpkin is only 4.5 inches. The website is very misleading. Even the sale price of $25.99 is not worth it. Reached out to customer service and they refused to give me a refund. With tax and shipping it cost $97.

      Dear Valued Customer,

      Our records show that 2-7" pumpkins were ordered and on 10/23/2022 you contacted our offices stating that the size of the pumpkins received were not as advertised.  Our Associate reviewed your order and also sent along to you screenshot to show what was ordered.  This was the smallest pumpkins we offer in the set ordered and it measure 7" on the orange pumpkin and a bit over 10" when counting in the stem. We received additional contact from  you that you were unhappy with what was purchased and wanted a refund.

      On 10/31 a refund of the cost of your order, $67.80 was returned to your payment method.  We don't have record of an order for $97.00 but we refunded you for the cost charged.  You may have thought it was that amount, but that was the cost without your 40% discount.

      As of 10/31, we find that you have been made whole; provided with a full refund of your order.  Please let me know if there is any further assistance I can provide.

      I have been ordering from this company for many many. I am at fault for not double checking what I was charged for my order. However I just recently realized that I have been over charged on many orders for at least 2 years. I can not go back any further. I contacted the company , gave specific order#'s to customer service and after 4 calls and almost 2 weeks I did not get a resolution or a personal phone call. I can't imagine I am the only one this happened to and for how long. Again, my fault for not being deligent about prices. I generally thought it must be taxes and extra fees. Please let me know how you want to proceed . Thank you *************************

      We got a $50 gift certificate with no expiration date in 2009. When we went to use it today, the company said they would not honor it, as it was from a previous owner, but the company name is the same and gift cards do not expire as per ******** law.We asked them to honor it and they refused.We want a $50 check mailed to ** at:***************************** ************************************************* A copy of the gift certificate is attached.

      It was my understanding that this customer could not be found at the address provided in the email/correspondence sent however, we failed to respond to the customer to request further information so we could research it further.

      Date of transaction: 1/8/22 Order #************ Tracking Number: ************************** Total amount paid for the order was $86.06 This was ordered on Saturday and guaranteed delivery by Wednesday with "overnight shipping". So I paid $9.99 for overnight shipping.Monday morning I get an email from them that the item has been shipped.when I looked up the tracking number, I found that it was shipped with priority mail - NOT what I paid for.while they may be meeting their deadline of Wednesday, they are not selling the shipping product I paid for and I therefore want a refund for that shipping charge.I spoke with a supervisor there. her answer was - when we write overnight shipping with the expected date, we are promising you delivery by that date. not necessarily overnight shipping. We will however use overnight shipping if necessary to get it to you by the date promised.My response: Then write on the website something like "faster shipping". If you sell "overnight shipping", no matter when you ship the product - you should provide "overnight shipping"

      I have reviewed your concerns and we have provided you with a refund of shipping in the amount of $9.99.  This refund was provided on January 11, 2022.  

      Our supervisor is correct in the manner in which we determine overnight services.  Your order is placed in order of production based on the date required to ship to meet your delivery expectation.  I understand it closely matches the ship method service but it's intent is only to let you know that we will rush this to you overnight based on the date of order and utilizing the best method available to make sure it reaches you on that date.  In some cases, a ground service would satisfy an overnight guarantee.

      I will certainly send this on to our content team for review to determine if there are other terms that can be used in the future. Thank you for your contact and our apologies for any concern this caused.

      I am rejecting this response because: The business has indeed issued a refund for the extra shipping a few days after I opened this claim, so a refund is not necessary. However, if you are selling the word "overnight" in their shipping then overnight shipping is in order. However, if the intent is to ship it by a certain date, then word such standard, fast and fastest should be used when selling the shipping speed and you can mention the expected delivery date. I request that you change the wording on your website to reflect that.
