5 starsFirst time customer. I had a whole house Kohler generator installed about 2 weeks ago. Installation went very smooth. GSHA has been very responsive to questions before, during and after installation. Very easy to work with. They have been very professional, and pricing was competitive. Have not yet needed the generator. I have been very happy with my decision to chose them for this project. Would do so again in a minute.Review fromSue D

5 starsGSHA Services, *** exceeded all of my expectations!! I always do extensive research before choosing a company and then compare the top choices after meeting them for in home estimates. I am so thankful that I found GSHA! They installed an HVAC system for us last November and the entire process was a breeze. Here are some highlights:1) Best price by far when compared to many other estimates I received 2) No hidden costs 3) Did not waste my time trying to upsell me on anything. They just gave me clear pricing and information on product options I was considering, while answering all of my many questions.4) Excellent, super prompt communication throughout 5) Efficient, timely, professional installation GSHA is excellent!! 5 starsBeen a faithful customer of GSHA for a decade now. They are competitive on pricing, trustworthy, and will not sell you more than you need... They replaced my and my families furnaces and ACs about a decade ago; four in total. They come out yearly to clean and inspect the equipment. They honour their parts warranty but labour warranty is only honoured if you kept up with them doing the yearly servicing... 5 stars******** & the other tech that was with him (Sorry I don't remember his name) did an excellent job of installing our ************* conditioner. Both of them were very professional & helpful. They constantly kept us informed on the progress & answered all of our questions. Also, *********************, the owner gave us the original estimate for the job after reviewing our needs and answered all of our questions and was very helpful. DJ was the person we talked to on the phone when setting up the date for the install. He also was very professional and courteous.Review fromShawn K

5 starsI have been with GSHA for over 10 years now and love working with ***** and others at GSHA!!! Awesome customer service!!! They want what is best for the customer in both price and service! Like finding a great dentist or auto mechanic......so glad I found someone in heating and cooling that is honest and trustworthy! Seriously, one of the best companies to work with. 5 starsVery good pricing and offer. Prompt services. Professional standby generator installation. Ease of staying in contact for troubleshooting, maintenance, questions customer might have. No regrets choosing them. Knowledgeable and reliable! Always available for any questions. I always feel like I'm in great hands with this company! I had quotes from three companies. 5 starsI feel very comfortable on choosing GSHA. I deal with either *****, one of there installers, or ****************, in my opinion are VERY good at there job! When I was shopping for whole house generators, 90% or EVERYONE, I notice choose Generac. So, I asked myself the question, WHY?Many reasons. They invest a lot in there advertising! They make a good unit, no doubt. And of course because this is what most see, on those that have generators, odds are VERY GOOD, that you will see in most back yards these days. Well, what about the other manufactures? So I dug into it. I concluded that from a parts, and longevity, and reliability, as well as being in this industry the "LONGEST", Kohler checks all the boxes! Most think, ******, faucets, plumbing? Well they have been doing generators longer then Generac. I was shocked! GSHA installs many brands, but after having many conversations with *****, and other install companies, to me, it was a no brainer on the choice! The fact that *****, the owner has ****** in his home, made me feel more confident as well! GSHA is a VERY GOOD company to deal with! No regrets choosing them. Knowledgeable and reliable! Always available for any questions. I always feel like I'm in great hands with this company! A++ in my book! If your on the fence for an installation company, I would strongly suggest you consider this company. I honestly think, you won't regret the choice. The team leader for installation was very helpful in getting me familiar with the operation of the generator and setting up its programing. I have been using these guys for years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service they provide. I also have recommended them to many friends and family members, and they all have been grateful that we recommended them due to the excellent job GSHA did for them also. Their pricing has always been extremely fair and usually the most competitive. It is so wonderful to have a company for these types of services that you know will always come through for you. For years I had to shop around when I needed these services, now I have GSHA in my contacts for whenever I have issues with my HVAC or hot water heaters, which they recently replaced 3 of them for me. As usual, excellent efficient installation. Thank you GSHA.
