    Caseys had people clean my home on a monthly basis from November, 2021 until March, 2022. In late January I noticed scratches on the top part of my garden tub. It appeared to be marks from someone bending over the tub cleaning it. When they came to clean in February I pointed the scratches out to the employee, *******, and inquired about what they were using to clean the tub. I also stated that only soft scrub and soft towel should be used. My home is under a year old so the scratches were not from long time use or wear and tear. Given that my one year home warranty was coming to an end, the builder agreed to fix the scratches as a courtesy even though it was not a tub defect. On March 10, 2022, Caseys was out again to clean. When I got home in the evening and went to the master bathroom I noticed small dried ***** spots on the both sinks. I also noticed scratches in the surface. I went and checked the hall bathroom and the same ***** spots and scratches were visible. To note, I do not also clean the sinks, all cleaning is done by Caseys. I took photo and video and sent them to Casey and requested she come and look at the residue and scratches to the sinks. She was scheduled to be out of town but would contact me today, March 14 to set time to come to view the damage. I reached out to Casey again late Monday after she failed to contact me and was told she would not be coming to view. She was confident nothing they did caused the damage however if that were the case should she not confirm in person? She said in an email that they used scrub daddies and method cleaner even after I told ******* in February that only soft scrub and soft clothes should be used in the bathrooms. Very disappointed in this company and feel they should pay for the cost of repair
