Nardco sent **** to auger our line as it was clogged on Dec 12 2023 , he didnt use a camera so he just went at it blindly. Then HE DROPPED THE *** TO MY CLEANOUT IN THE CLEANOUT and pushed it to the **** of the pipe. Then without trying ANYTHING THEY DECIDED THEY NEEDED TO DIG UP MY PIPE AND PULL IT APART TO GET THE ***, AND THEY WOULD CHARGE ME FOR RENTAL OF BACKHOE ONLY TO DIG . Well the next Monday they brought the backhoe, dug one small time, did NOT HAVE TO TAKE APART MY PIPE. **** the plumber, allowed ** the backhoe operator not a plumber( who also joked about running through the back of my house as it was his first day) to stick a wire with tape down the pipe and retrieve the cap-THEREFORE NO BACKHOE NOR DIGGING WAS EVER NECESSARY AND I DO NOT OWE $1500 for that. There is still to this day a clog in the pipe from the original order that was never completed. I have everything recorded, and written down if a legal case must be filed.

I purchased an entire heating and ac system, installed, from Nardco in the fall of 2021. At the time it was installed, it was cool, so the ** portion went untested. In the spring the ** system did not work, and they discovered it was empty. They blamed it on the ******** valves without actually pressure testing the system. This spring the system was again empty the first time we tried to use it. The first tech that came out guessed that it was a leak in the inside coil, and ordered that part, and scheduled an actual pressure test. The pressure test revealed a leak in the piping that feeds the outside coil. That technician said our dogs urine had caused the leak, which sounded implausible, so I had two other ** companies come out and diagnose the issue. Both stated (in writing) that it was a faulty coil, and that dog urine could not do that damage in that amount of time. Mind you, the fins of the coil, which are the most susceptible parts to damage from dog urine, are perfectly intact in that same area. Even the Nardco representative, when I asked why they didnt warn people about the dangers of dog urine if it was so detrimental, stated that they had NEVER SEEN THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. I have sent a letter, certified mail, to Nardco detailing the above, and demanding replacement of the coil under warranty. I have not received any communication from Nardco in that regard.

    *****************************,

The system was fully operational when we installed it, we test the systems before we leave. We were happy to replace the coil for free under the equipment warranty even though the labor warranty had expired but when you started cursing and threating the technicians at your house we decided it was best you exercise that warranty with someone else. We have been in business since **** and have never had these type issues with a customer, we are more than fair and helpful for customers. But as the business owner I can't send our team members to a house they feel threatened at. We wish you the best and wish it didn't get to you threating to sue ** when we were happy to help.

    thanks,
