              My boyfriend and I live in a 450 square foot studio apartment. Our water bill as gone from $64 in September, $92 in October, and doubled this month to a total of $184. When we called to ask about this we were told by Open Door Staff that, They dont know what we want them to do about it. When we said we would like to see the bill we were told we are charged for water, sewer, and line insurance, which is fine but they will not let us see the individual breakdown of the costs just the total amount. They then said they charge us for how many people live in the unit, when we said $92 a piece per person for water is ridiculous in this size of apartment. There is no washer or dryer anywhere in the building and none of the units have a dishwasher. Weve tried getting this resolved but this is the last option I have to get into help. They dont send anyone out to fix maintenance issues, weve had to call numerous times to get one thing fixed after being told over and over again it was already done when it clearly wasnt.

              Terribly ran. Doesn't not pay attention. I called to talk to *****. I explained my issues with charges... She replied "O yeah that place wasn't ready was it.." I agreed but said we needed to move in Asap.After we moved out I spoke with the office and told them to let me know if anything needs taken care of. I spoke with ***** about the issues again, she said let's have a meeting.***** had a funeral to go to and said she would contact me when she got back. This was after I went to the office for the meeting.That never happened.**** to the office twice after.All of a sudden I get a notice that I owe and I'm not getting my deposit.All the reviews here are very accurate.Never heard anything good about Open Door. Beware. You will not be happy. I know I was not!
