We experienced wind damage to flashing on our chimney and all it took was a phone call with ******* answering the phone to fix / repair and recaulk the flashing. Within a few hours ******* rang our doorbell and was ready to take care of the damaged flashing! ******* is not only a conscientious businessman, but he is also a man of his word and has without question a customer-oriented approach to his work and a personality that made me feel as if I had known him for years! ******* responded quickly, personally and he, the owner of the company, repaired not only the flashing on the chimney but other flashing on the way up to the flashing on second story chimney. There is another point or two that tops everything noted above...#1 ******* is a Marine veteran who has served his country honorably and #2 ******* refused to be paid for the repair work that he conscientiously and professionally completed on our home. After some pleading, ******* did take a small token of appreciation for his work. I'm sure his company cannot "work for nothing" and survive, but one thing I am sure of, ******* is a man of integrity and has a love for what he does and will not "nickel and dime" a customer while standing professionally behind His work, His family, His employees, and His Country! After having a horrible experience with ServPro following a sink leak in our attic, we had a great experience calling ******* to come and help us out! He was able to offer quick services with equipment to dry out our lingering wet areas despite his busy schedule for our small job! He was knowledgeable, honest, and straight forward with his information without trying to talk us into doing further remodeling that was not necessary as we were previously told. He would be the first number we call next time we have any water issues in our house!
