    I purchased traveler's international medical insurance for my father from Insuby.com that Azimuth Risk Solutions is the company operating behind this. The coverage has a deductible of $0. My father had an allergic reaction and we went to the hospital. The bill was $276. However, after we filed a claim, Azimuth Risk Solutions refused to pay for this bill even though we are covered for these medical expenses under their policy. If the insurance company just randomly refuses the reimbursement, then what's the purpose of buying insurance from them? They claim they have insurance coverage for international travelers in the US, however, it seems to be a scam if they don't actually reimburse the medical expenses.

    To Whom it May ***************** have reviewed the complaint and file for this member. To date we have not received any claims for this member. However, we received an email on November 2, 2023 with a copy of a billing statement dated June 9, 2023. This policy has a 90-timely filing limit from the date of service. We advised the member on November 10, 2023 that the information received falls outside the 90-day timely limit and we are unable to evaluate further. Policy information is sent to the member at the time of purchase via email. I have attached the complete Evidence of Insurance wording and highlighted the claim procedure section. Claim filing procedures can also me found on the first page of the claim form questionnaire the member completes. I have also attached this form in its entirety. The email on November 2, 2023 is the first and last communication we have had with this member.
