    I've purchased from several different nurseries online throughout the season and I am very impressed with the plants sold by Grow Joy. They continually ship plants that are much larger than most places and in excellent shape! **************** is very prompt, professional, and courteous.??Additionally, I have spent a lot of time looking for plants online that you can't find in the stores and have found that Grow Joy cares the largest variety of plants. Plants always arrive quickly and very carefully pai. Flowers arrive in beautiful shape and usually blooming which is often not the case when purchasing online vendors. Even the plants I purchased in the fall had blooms when most companies have already cut theirs down.I highly recommend shopping this company! Thank you Grow Joy ??

    I have had nothing but stellar luck with this company. I have probably made a dozen orders, with 4-10 plants each time. With one exception, they all arrived when expected, and in great shape. The order that had a few dead plants - I reached out to the company and they were prompt and professional and nice about a refund. I think, in their defense, the plants spent time in a hot mail truck, since they arrive very hot, so not the company's fault. I couldn't be happier with these folks.

    I was cchecking my past plant orders, and found that I have placed four orders with GrowJoy and not heard anything about any of them. Have not received any shipping or delivery information. First order, placed in January; it is now April.

    I placed an order and spent 50$ on carrot plants on 10/3/23. I have tried calling and creating a ticket to check on the order and nobody responds.When you create a ticket it tells you to check your account with NO access to even check the created ticket.Not a happy customer. Is this company a scam???

    Ordered 8 perennial Lantana. One of the 8 still had leaves upon delivery. Will NOT be ordering from Grow Joy again.

    Bad customer service, placed order February 2023 missing 4 plants, opened ticket #MPAD00027288, 6 months later no refund or replacement. **** does not follow through. I must say they do have strong healthy plants with good roots. Very stressful, phone contact is impossible & days for email response if any. I continued ordering plants hoping/trusting they would make things right, **** emailed on June 14th said my plants will be shipped today, 6 days later received no shipping confirmation from Grow Joy, tracking from ***** or plants.

    The worst company ever, my order arrived dead. I try to call Grow Joy and all the phone numbers for the company are no longer in business. I cancelled all orders and they are still shipping more dead plants. I now have to contact the credit card companies.BEWARE BAD COMPANY

    Cannot seem to get you guys to respond to me? Tried several times on your so called ticket service and either you do not care or this ticket service is a scam?I live here in ******* and am about 1.5 hours from you, if I have to drive up there to either get my plants or my money back off of you it will not be pretty??Get back with me ASAP or I will be at your front door, then you will have to deal with this concern face to face?*********************

    I Place an order of 5 total bougainvillea and only ship 2 Mahara Magic bougainvillea. They never ship the other 2 Mahara Roseville bougainvillea and 1 Violet ********* Ice bougainvillea. They have no phone to call everything need to go through email and they never reply. They owed me 3 bougainvillea and there is no resolution from this company. I think they forgot to ship my order. I called many times and kept telling me it on their way. Took weeks.     Ordered plants from them months ago. They never came. Phone numbers I found on internet search are either not working or for another company. No response to email contact through their customer service. I believe I have been scammed. Would rate them a zero if that was an option.

    Hello ******. The plants you ordered were perennial plants. These were not scheduled to start shipping until June. As we state on our product pages, these orders could take until 6/28 to be fully shipped. I am sorry you did not see that. I just looked up your order and it was delivered last week. It looks like there was one issue for the Beacon Silver plant which will be refunded to your PayPal account Monday. Unfortunately we are facing what many other businesses are, a lack of employees. Because we could not find enough people who want to work, we had to switch to a help desk for customer service inquiries. It is located in our Contact Page. We do not use email. It looks like **** responded to your ticket back on the 22nd. We do appreciate your business. Sorry for the miscommunication on shipping times. Sincerely, ***********************
