I went in to discuss getting upper dentures. I decided to have them removed and have dentures put in immediately following the removal of my teeth by a oral surgeon who the dentistry recommended. I had one impression taken for my upper dentures. When I got to the oral surgeons for my appointment to have my teeth removed, they showed me my teeth the fake ones I refuse them immediately they didnt have a gap in the two front teeth which was very important. I stressed that to the dentist even took a photo of what my teeth look like before And that oral surgeon asked if I would be all right if he put a gap in it they were just temporary he said just to put in after the surgery and Id be getting my regular set within about three months. I said sure Ill try it and I did and I wasnt happy with it and he tried to make it bigger to match mine finally he did and I said well they are still too small the teeth are too small still And he said well like I said these are just temporary lets go ahead and do this since I have you in here and you fasted for this, so finally I just did it and woke up and left because I was I was put out for the surgery and went home. I called my dentist, then Jackson Creek the next day. Ask if I should remove my dentures they stated no leave them in well another day or so went by I called them again and asked them they said no leave them in they were bothering me one more time I called before my appointment and they told me once again no leave them in. I love them I left them in , by the time I got to my appointment to the dentist, my gums were so swollen that I couldnt get my teeth out. The dentist stood over me and pride them out while I was screaming. Ive been going back periodically to have my dentures adjusted and today I went in to have a impression done on my bottom teeth for a partial it was then I was sold that I was not getting the second set did that was the set that I was getting so they lied to me saying I was getting another set.
