      I reached out to Indiana pools and spas to have them wire a hot tub for me. I was told there was a 250$ charge for (****, owner) come connect the wiring and make sure it was correct. I agreed to have him come do this, and was told I was on "the list" a week or so went by and no one called etc. Then **** calls, we go over what is needed, just the wiring connected, all wiring was already ran where needed. Some time goes by no one schedules or calls or anything, I get a phone call at work that **** is on his way and will be there in 30 min. So I leave work go home to meet him and he never shows up. Fast forward 2 more weeks roughly I'm on vacation and **** calls says he's on the way will be there in 20 min. I inform him I am on vacation and not there. He goes and hooks up the hot tub and checks everything over and says its good to turn on and the procedure to do so. I get home and do as he said and the hot tub doesn't power on and trips the breaker instantly. I check everything over and find the Hot tub is hooked up wrong and so is the disconnect. I hook everything up as it shows on the diagrams on the panel and everything works. **** reaches out to me to me today on the unpaid balance, I state that I misplaced the bill and forgot bout it and continued to tell him how it was hooked up wrong and I had pictures to prove it and I didn't feel the full 250$ was fair when the one thing I hired him to do was not done correctly. He got extremely up set with me when I said that, and got really mad which in turn I got very defensive . He stated I had no idea what I was talking about and he was right and I was wrong, even though I have proof he did the job incorrectly and that it didn't work until I fixed what he had done. Continued to tell me I was completely wrong and no idea what I was doing and I'm not legal licensed etc. even when the hot tub worked after I fixed it and NOT when he got done. I offered to pay him some but that 250$ just wasn't fair to me and he hung up on me.

      This customer never relayed the information about his electrical not working correctly, he was not hung up on, and I agreed to lower his bill as much as I could (see attachment)
