    I dropped off two pairs of boots in August for repair. i paid around $90 upfront for the repair and was told it might take a month for the work to be completed. I checked in various times over the next few months and was either told the materials were nit in yet or I wasn't able to contact the business at all. They have since closed and disconnected their phone line. I am out both my money and my boots worth roughly $325.

    I took my shoes to be repaired in August. I had to prepay for the service. My ticket said will be done September 9. I have gone to get my shoes ( an hour drive ) several times. Business is always closed. ( During business hours) I have tried calling repeatedly to no avail. No one answers. Cant leave a message! I want my shoes back or a refund!
