  Terrible experience. Just utterly horrendous. I'd attach photos if it would allow. I will be trying to rectify the terrible service I was provided from day one. The only good thing they did was pay for a hotel room while the purchase agreement was in effect.

  ****, and ****** were awesome. We are first time homebuyers, and they made the experience so easy and enjoyable. Any questions I had were always answered and explained to me, if I didnt understand. I would recommend home nation to anyone whos looking for a home, because the people at homenation make the buying process so easy and they are a joy to speak too with any and all questions.

  I purchased a tiny home from them. 14x42 with a covered deck on the front. So cozy for just me and my dogs. Had a couple issues from the manufacturer but they came and fixed the problem. I'm very happy with it.***************************

  We would not recommend HomeNation to anyone. We regret buying through this company! We ordered our house from the ******* location in August 2021. We put money down on the house and were told our house would be here in March 2022. We reached out multiple times to make sure we completed everything and our house was being built. April 2022 comes around and they tell us our house wasnt even ordered. So our choice was to wait another year or they had a show model ready for us. We ended up getting the show model. It was supposed to be delivered in June 2022. We got many calls with excuses that the house couldnt be delivered because their truck broke down. Then paper work wasnt completed by Home nation for the crane to set the house on the foundation. We were also given the wrong blueprint for the foundation. Finally our house was set on the foundation. We get inside and their is huge cracks in the drywall, water damage to the ceiling, no window screens, dent in the dish washer, holes in the walls, siding not put on, they gave us the wrong furnace pipe, the windows and door frames were caulked instead of correctly put together, and holes in the central heating and cooling ducts, the gas company discovered a leak, holes in the roof from framing nails where they secured the house to be transported etc. We eventually repare all the damage. The person we bought our house through (******) did not do her job at all. My father in law called most of the people to schedule the crane and other things. I have never seen such an unorganized, sketchy, incompetent business! We didnt get a new home, we had to make it look nice ourselves.

  I like many listed my home and had absolutely no idea how quickly it would sale! I also had no idea how difficult it would be to find a home at a reasonable price. With time being of the essence I had to move fast. I started calling mobilehome dealerships and was told that there was a minimum of 10 months to a year before I could get anything. After a nervous breakdown I called HomeNation. I spoke with ***** Camino. I have never in my life received better service than I did from *****. October 2021 was a really busy realestate time and there was never a time that my call was not taken by ***** and no matter the reason for any of the calls every question was answered and it was never a rushed conversation.. I bought the home from *****, however HomeNation is on the east coast and I am on the west coast. Because of this I now had to find a installer on my on. I called countless companies and was told there was a 4 to 6 month wait! I called ***** with my issue and he took the time out of a very busy day to help me. Mind you, my deal was already done and ***** had no obligation to do this! And he did find a installer!Between HomeNation ( ***** ) and the installer ,the home that I purchased was bought, moved and installed in 2 months time. I am not sure how **** L ( installer) did it but he had my permits approved and pulled in 2 weeks. It really was nothing short of a miracle that I made the call to HomeNation and ***** was the person to take my call. I highly recommend HomeNation if you are looking at mobilehomes. I
