******************. I hope someone reads the fine print on this company, god forbid you have to deal with them youre better off never giving them a dollar because in the end they will get the last laugh unprofessional is an understatement seems like an overseas fraudulent company with a few employees. No wonder they have no reviews online. I see how you only comment on a few reviews I guess the other ones are the truth.. I would love to see what you say about a ************** covering 40% of a 29k check that handles a 33k balance. Never give them a *****!!! If anything they should pay people for using them.

Mr. ******* GAP Waiver Addendum to his Loan with his lender explicitly states that recoverable portions of financed credit insurance or service warranties are not included in the definition of "Unpaid Net Balance." The lower GAP payment was due to the cost of a service contract being deducted from the Unpaid Net Balance amount. When payment was remitted to his lender, it included the explanation of this deducted amount, and advised that a supplemental payment would be made once record of any refunded portion of the service contract was received, or written statement from the service contract provider that the full amount was non-refundable. That record was received on April 7, and a supplemental payment was remitted to the lender in the amount of the non-refunded portion of the service contract.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Allied Solutions concerning my car insurance claim after being involved in a car accident. My car was totaled, and while my bank was quick to grant me a two-month forbearance and I received a settlement from ***** within three days, I found the process with Allied Solutions to be frustratingly slow ******* promptly submitted the gap claim, hoping that Allied Solutions would process it in a timely manner. However, despite the urgency of the situation, Allied has taken an excessive amount of time to settle my claim. This delay has resulted in a significant financial burden, as my forbearance period has now expired, and I'm left paying for a new car while also covering the payments for a vehicle I no longer own It's disheartening to see such a lack of urgency from a company in handling claims, especially when they have the opportunity to alleviate financial stress for their customers. I hope that ********************** can improve their processes and communication, as timely settlements are crucial for those of us navigating the aftermath of a car accident.

Terrible and unprofessional company; it makes any bank or credit union look like they do bad business. They send paperwork stating if you follow these steps, nothing will be changed, and you won't be charged, only to be charged MONTHS later for extra insurance, so now you are stuck paying for 2 FULL COVERAGE insurances for 2 months. This is not fair or right to do to people, and it is likely something that continues to happen. If you go through a bank that works with this company switch banks because this company is terrible.

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. If you can provide the *** or real estate collateral address, we are happy to provide a formal review and send you a direct response related to the matter. Force place insurance is purchased by lenders for periods of time where they do not have record of adequate insurance coverage for an applicable collateral. If proof of adequate coverage during a currently identified lapse is provided, cancellation of the force-placed insurance during that period would occur.

Notice to Allied Solution. I, too, have a loan through Ent. Proof of insurance has been provided to Ent at loan generation and twice since July in response to your letters. I do not engage with your office as you are not my insurance provider. My lender has stated proof has been satisfied. If you assess insurance force-placement services against me as you stated to ******** M below, you will have more than BBB to contend with. Let this serve as your final notice. Remove me from your mailing list.---------------------copied response from previous entry----------------------------------Allied Solutions Response 12/18/2023 Allied Solutions, LLC provides insurance force-placement services for ************** lender. Due to their being no record of current insurance on file for ************** loans, she was mailed 3 letters, beginning on May 10th, requesting she provide updated insurance information. As she did not provide the requested information her lender required, we force-placed coverage on the collateral and billed the lender for the coverage. Allied did not charge the consumer, her lender did. Upon ************** submission of the requested insurance information on August 18th, the insurance her lender purchased was cancelled and a refund of premiums remitted to **************' lender.

Allied Solutions is a fraud company. If there is ZERO stars from the choices, i would give it. I bought ************* with them via my lienholder for my KIA ******** 2020. Fast-forward, my car was stolen last June 2022 and I have remaining $656 on my loan after my insurance paid out. This company had deducted imaginary amounts from my premiums. Then they told me I have negative account, therefore they will not cover it. So in the end, I paid out of pocket, despite having *************. Don't even bother to call the customer service coz they cannot even explain why they will not cover the remaining loan. Goodluck with your claim. It's like I'm begging them to pay what's suppose they should be paying with my lienholder because that's what's suppose ************* is for.

We do apologize for any issues you had with our office not being able to clearly explain over the phone the exclusions under the *** policy you purchased. We are happy to provide a written explanation of the adjudication, but we will need your claim # to identify the correct record. You may also call back into our office and request a detailed, written explanation.

I am writing this review as a warning to not use ENT ************ for your auto financing needs. I was involved in a vehicle accident this past October 2023. At the time I made my lien holder, ENT ************ aware. I was then referred over to their third-party insurance provider, Allied Solutions. Originally, after an adjuster had viewed my vehicle, I was told they are able to fix it and to choose a shop to have the work done. I then brought my vehicle to a body shop who ordered the parts to fix my vehicle, tore it apart as instructed by Allied Solutions, and submitted the pictures they requested. After all of this, Allied Solutions decided the vehicle was a total loss. This is when my situation became very frustrating. The body shop already has cost into labor, and now has parts they must return which results in a restocking fee, as well as storage fees. Both ENT and Allied Solutions have been refusing to pay those fees despite it being them that told us to initiate this process. Additionally, when I financed my vehicle with ENT I purchased *** coverage. My understanding has always been that *** is to cover the difference between what the insurance pays for the total loss and what is the remainder of your current auto loan. *** has argued with me and told me that is not the case and had the *** insurance only pay me around $600 leaving me with a balance of nearly $10,000 still on the loan. When I have inquired on why only $600 was paid I am told Allied Solutions does not pay for salvage. However, my vehicle has never had a salvage title and is only now a total loss because they are the ones who have decided it is. I feel I am being raked over and have become very frustrated with no answers. Whenever myself or the body shop calls ENT to get answers we are referred to Allied Solutions. Whenever we call Allied Solutions, we are referred to ENT.

I purchased the extra insurance with this company and gap.I had totaled my truck and its been 5-6 months since Ive started this claim and still havent heard anything back. When I try to talk to a supervisor or someone higher up, they tell me they will send a email to request them to call me. I definitely recommend NOT using this company and will be making complaints with afcu about this. They havent heard anything about this claim with allied as well!!

They decided after I have been paying in my car for 4 years, they would say I had a lapse in my insurance coverage. Which is not true. They didnt reach out to me so I could give proof. They just decided they would scam me out of money. My financial institution America ****************** will not help. It takes over an hour to reach someone. AFCU said they do this on the regular and would not help. I sent them documents but was told not to expect them to do anything about it. Beware of this place.

This company uses predatory practices by placing insurance with ridiculously high costs, which in many, if not most, cases is not needed and was not requested by the financial institution. When called on these practices, they blame the financial institution, a computer problem, or training/procedure issues with staff. My husband and I have dealt with them on the last 3 properties we have owned, and it always takes months and multiple calls from our credit union before they stop sending us letters. Our current home is a condo. Our CU has contacted them twice telling them we have the proper insurance. Today my husband called and threatened legal action. Suddenly the story changed and now they want the insurance police for the full condo association. This was not mentioned in the letter and not something our CU asked for, so obviously they are not acting on the CU's behalf. My husband told them to contact our condo association if they need that information and was told that we have to provide it. My husband reiterated that we will be contacting an attorney if the letters continue and ended the call. I will also be filing a complaint which will have the full details.
