I was in the process of selling my ******** AMG GT S. However, the buyer could not get a payoff from **** of America. When I called **** of America, they said that Next Gear Capital had paid off the loan. I had never heard of them. When I called Next Gear Capital they refused to give me any information, including who had initiated this payoff. I even spoke to a supervisor about my concern that this was some sort of fraud, the supervisor hung up on me. At a minimum I have lost the sale of my AMG GT S until this is sorted out. At worse, this is a fraud and Next Gear refuses to provide any information so that it can be investigated.

to who it may concern, this car flooring company/lender (nextgear capital) refused to refund me for fees which they should have not charged me in the first place. my account was on auto pay and i had two checking accounts connected to it. i have never missed a payment with them and incurred fees which i tried to explain to my rep who instead closed my account and acted hostile towards any questions i asked. the most important thing is that last car i purchased and had this company floor for me i still have not received a title for. i did call customer service provided and verified the right address and yet to receive a title or any response. in this complaint, i am asking to get a refund for my fees and also to get my title. this is the vehicle i am missing title for. 5fryd4h68eb014534 2014 acura mdx. thank you dealer /account number is ****** ********* enterprises thank you

During January of 2023 an item was rejected on my account. I had not been having a good experience with my rep so I called NextGear directly to get the problem resolved. I called NextGear in February of 2023 checking on my account and found out it was still on hold. Later that night I received a call from the rep yelling at me telling me cooperate called him. I addressed the behavior and my experience in the past year via email to his manager. *** email was **** and the manager failed to address my experience or the reps ********* I am deeply saddened by the response of management and the reps. *** reason I always call corporate is because they are polite, helpful, knowledgeable and always follow up!***se practices need to be addressed especially if it is being directed at small dealers or female owners.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

I was contacted once and I have been told that no one will speak to me it has to go through my attorney. This is another way of prolonging a situation and making me spend more money when I have done nothing wrong! Why does it take so long for someone to reply and when they do say my attorney must contact them. This is bullying by a big company and since I am a small business this is taking up man power and bankable hours just to get an answer in regards to treatment. This further sustains my accusations of the inappropriate behavior and treatment of their clients especially when they are small business.

    Regards,

They nextgear capital as far as I am concerned, are derelict in handling the business with there clients. I was dealing with fraud at the dealership so I stopped payments on my account since the fraudsters were using nextgear to commit these acts! So as I tried to express this to them, instead of them being concerned and considerate they in turn took my line credit away, and the cars? Which was perplexing to me since I have never had an issues before this! I also paid all debts, every time with no issues!! To top it off when I called to express my gripes, and disappointment the rep ***** became hostile, and belligerent, and rudely hung up on me! They might as well have helped the criminals in the fashion they were behaving! Not what I expected from professionals! You would think that a company that makes its money from its clients would act in more reasonable tone. In a tone that saids we empathize, and we will try to make this process as quick as possible so that we could get back to business as soon as possible without be affecting. Thankfully were in a good position to function with out the need of a floor plan. But the new business starting out be careful, my experience they dont care about there customers or customer service, and are not conducting them selves as a business entity that uses sound practice. This lady used language that was so disrespectful, I never used in my life!
