    Sure, here's a review for the business based on your experience:---**Review:**I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at the European Wax Center. My experience was not only unsatisfactory but also harmful. During on of my visits, the technician burned my face, leaving me with a painful blister. On another occasion, the service was completely ineffective (bikini line, didn't remove anything), and none of the issues I went in for were addressed.When I voiced my concerns and requested a refund, they offered a few days extension for "touch **** instead. This was unacceptable since I had already sought and received proper treatment elsewhere. Their offer was irrelevant, and they outright REFUSED to provide a refund.The lack of accountability and poor customer service is alarming. I do not recommend European Wax Center to anyone seeking reliable and professional care. Save your time and money, and go somewhere that values and respects their customers.
