I called to find out about my cancer policy only to find out is was changed in 2015 without notifying me. The customer ************ refused my many requests to speak to a supervisor and transferred me to claims instead!! Washington has serious communication and management issues that need to be addressed. A person going through cancer treatment really shouldnt be treated this way and I havnt even filed a claim yet. I need a supervisor to call and explain, apologize and respond to my questions.Business response
